I cancelled a subscription with this company yet they still took 499 dollars from PayPal, they have cancelled the subscription but not reimbursed the 499, have sent proof to PayPal that we have not got subscription and that my 499 shows as on hold but aioseo have lied to PayPal saying they have delivered product even though my aioseo account clearly shows no valid subscription in place so PayPal refused refund. Tried to contact aioseo 4 times but get no response at all and they deliberately provide no method ofcontact other than online ticket which they ignore, so have no product and they have my 499. Total thieves.
