Worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Fitted windows and double doors . Any of the windows that are used on a daily basis started giving trouble after a couple of months.
One of the double doors fell off one day when opening it.
Emailed them concerned that this could happen and someone could have been hurt... Not even a response. Absolute cowboys..

Following consultation in August 2025 with Karl from Senator Wexford, Windows and Doors were installed in December 17th . I immediately contacted Karl as they were not as ordered. Living on road with 24/7 commercial traffic I requested that noise levels were taken into consideration. Also there was condensation on the inside of windows and doors.
The vents are not airtight when closed.
They are very expensive triple glazed windows and doors. Following numereous emails with customer service,for an additional €2200 charge, upgrade the glass with a higher performance glass. I felt I was left with no choice as I needed a remedy to the constant commercial traffic noise outside. This was installed 18th March 2026. Unfortunately, the upgrade is worse. I have emailed Karl and the customer service dept several times since the installation, but no reply. I have traffic noise all day everyday. I wish I had read the reviews I am currently waiting for a response.

Detailed, Specific, and honest

My name is Jim Crean. We needed new windows and doors in our home. We contacted Richard Barlow at Senator Windows. He came to our home and gave us excellent advice on how to proceed. The fitters came ( Nicky Kinsella and his helper Ray). They were excellent. The best tradesmen that we have ever come across. So knowledgeable and professional and so clean. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase. From start to finish it was a painless experience. We are so glad that we chose Senator Windows. This is our genuine experience and the people mentioned are not related to us nor had we ever met them before.

I had Senator products at my house for over 10 years. The windows and doors are excellent, but what really stands out it’s the support provided long after installation. They just finished repairing a 10 year old sliding door that started to feel very heavy. It’s better than new.

Excellent staff, helpful and professional all the way from initial quote to installation. I would highly recpommend Senator.

Absolutely stellar service, above and beyond my expectations. I chose Senator after comparing several other window installation companies, Richard was a consummate professional and prepared detailed spec sheets and quotes to suit my project. He was extremely accommodating when I needed to make last minute changes.

Then, the windows arrived 6 weeks earlier than planned, and the team took less than a day to install everything. The workmanship is immaculate, and one of the installers even repaired a minor issue with my front door that caused it to catch. Cannot recommend Senator more highly for their thoroughly excellent service and workmanship.

Wrong glass in two doors, green windows but,wait for it, white vents. Lots and lots more.
Have had to contact Main Office.We will see what happens.
Wish I'd seen these reviews before hand.

Got 2 new windows on the 13.02.26. Very happy with the work, ‘Man from Carlow’ and his helper were very friendly and helpful. Was expecting a mess but they left the place spotless. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ will be using Senator again in the future.

Delighted with the help not knowing exactly what I wanted. Mallow office went through lots of options. Met me at the house on the first visit. Couldn’t be more helpful from the first time I spoke with Keith. Have recommended Senator 100 percent Thank you

No interest in after sales service. In my experience, Wont reply to emails at all levels

No interest to change door handles that were replaced. 1st issue was pitting ....changed okay in 2014-2018 period as under warranty. The handles replaced were substandard and still rusting ! They say no longer warranty but once they change the warranty starts again......very poor service and no follow up.....called several times and just want to get proper door handles. Also have windows no longer sealed and to change its very expensive call out fee. I spent alot of money with them but customer loyalty is not there...thank you.

We shopped around for a Front & Back door and met with Glen in Senator Windows, Dundalk. He listened to what we wanted, came up with all the solutions and even better ideas. Senator Dundalk have people (like Glen) that listen to what you want and deliver with top class customer service and quality workmanship. They are not the cheapest but certainly not the dearest - just the best. We will be back to get our windows replaced in the future.

Keep a Very Close Eye on the Fitters at every stage to ensure your new windows & doors are installed as per basic installation requirements.
Expanding foam needs to be sprayed All around the window frames!!

Having used Senator years ago I had no hestitation about using them again.
I contacted
Peter Fallon owner of this franchise Galway .
He called out measured my windows doors & porch.
The fitter called to double check the measurements.
Product arrived all looked great until the fitters got hold of it.
One of the windows was the wrong size!! ( after being measured twice!!)
The fitters Broke hinges, drilled holes in frames that should not be there, damaged the concrete base taking off my old porch & hid it with pvc strips! After telling me they would fix it before installing the new porch!
I had a hole underneath 1 of my bedroom windows cill's . There was drafts coming all sides when breezy outside.
I could see as they were doing the job it was extremely slap dash! When I questioned the their technique I was fobbed off "we're not finished that yet"!!
They denied causing damage when questioned until I got Peter Fallon back to my house. He stated this only happens once a year & it was a wake up call for his fitters Colm & Peter!!
My windows were not sealed properly, locks & hinges were broken. I have never seen so much silicone plastered over the outside of windows & inside a porch in my life!
What happened to me was like a comedy of errors but there was nothing funny about it!

Having no joy requesting that these damaged windows be taken out replaced & reinstalled correctly, I contacted the MD of Senator Window's Ireland Owen Power in Wexford by I left several messages by phone, by email & resorted to a private message on LinkedIn Premium
stating my case also stating that I was paying for this job to be done correctly. To my shock & surprise I received NO Reply.
Needless to say I got my money back & went elsewhere.

I would NOT recommend Senator Window's Galway or Head Office after the total lack of professionalism & respect shown to me. Had I not been aware of what is involved with window installation I would have been non the wiser & paid a very substantial sum of money to have a very cold & drafty house.

Wouldn’t go beyond Senator windows. So professional and friendly to deal with. Quality of windows is superb. From order to delivery and fitting was flawless. Highly recommended

Great service and installation

From my first experience meeting with Pearse in Senator, Wexford to the final fitting the service was first class. No window design changes (or door) were too much trouble. Visit to showroom was very informative and give me a lot of different options. Final design and quote was as originally spoken about. The window installers were excellent, I did not have as much as a broken tile, chipped floor or excess paint touch ups when they had finished. They were very professional and cleaned up everything before they left. All in all I could not fault this company even though I was a bit apprehensive before I started the project. Windows look great and I now have a very secure front door. Thanks to all in Senator and Pearse for his professionalism and help.
