Avoid at all costs, a scammy company!
I purchased two Gold Circle tickets for the Robbie Williams concert at the Royal Crescent in Bath as a 30th birthday gift for my husband. We travelled from Leicester and paid for accommodation, making this a costly and carefully planned trip. What we experienced was dangerous, overcrowded, and chaotic.
Despite paying £535.35 for premium access, we never made it into the Gold Circle. It was either blocked off or operating on a one-in, one-out basis due to clear overcapacity. Stewards offered no support, and staff eventually admitted the area had been oversold. I am pregnant and was left to navigate packed, unmanaged crowds in unsafe conditions. No adjustments were made, which I believe amounts to discrimination.
Senbla refuses to take responsibility. Their email claimed the area was open and accessible, which is provably false. I provided photos and independent coverage showing otherwise. There’s no consistency, transparency, or duty of care.
I’ve had to escalate this via a Section 75 claim (which I’m now taking to the Financial Ombudsman), and I’ve submitted complaints to Trading Standards. Senbla appears to have a pattern of mismanaging events, with similar stories reported at other concerts. They take your money, fail to deliver, and then hide behind technicalities when challenged.
Avoid at all costs. They do not stand behind the service they sell.
