I know my plan was the least expensive, but to be the first time using. I highly recomend you through in some free help. At lest at the very beginning. A free draft support would be very very helpful. Also an immediate phone number to call in would help.

We did provide help in format and setup of your release, however our loss-leader super budget plan does not provide proof copies or other features since the focus is on affordable dissemination of your news and social sharing handwork, and free image setup. Obviously, when choosing the budget package, we have to limit the amount of time spent, and features included with our normal plan/packages are not included in order to offer a budget price.
