We bought an Auping bed from Sengekompagniet in Rosenørns Allé near Forum. While we experienced very kind and helpful assitance when choosing the bed in the shop (and we absolutely love the bed itself - highly recommended), our nightmare with Sengekompagniet started with the delivery by Bring, and lasted a whole year (!!!) after the original purchase, with several faulty deliveries, wrong mountings, endless delays, bad excuses, unreturned phone calls and emails, incompetent staff and appalling service.
To cut a very long story shorter: even though the bed itself was produced and delivered to us originally in perfect condition and in due time; the assembly crew from Bring managed to ruin the frame and break some screws when mounting it. After a complaint we were promised a new frame. After months of waiting and several email and phone calls (do not trust them when they tell you they will call you back!), we finally got the replacement frame and another incompetent Bring crew, who after 2 hours mounting concluded that they brought a wrong frame (Sengekompagniet ordered a replacement frame of wrong size). At this point one of 2 Bring people simply went home, leaving us with an unmounted bed and an old frame which we had to reassemble ourselves to be able to sleep. Another round of complaints, empty promises and weeks of delays, the third delivery attempt also went wrong since this time Sengekompagniet did not order the entire replacement frame but only some of its parts. In the end, only thanks to Auping's own excellent customer support, we bypassed Sengekompagniet and Bring and finally got a new replacement frame (attempt number 4!), delievered in order and mounted perfectly by a kind professional Auping serviceman.
Advice to other potential customers: find another shop to buy your bed! Make sure the shop where you buy it does not use Bring! And - choose an Auping bed if you want perfect comfort and quality.
I went to Sengekompagniet near Forum, CPH twice to try and choose a new double bed. Eventually we ended up with a wonderful Aupin bed with elevation.
They have really sweet and helpful staff who know the product well and certainly not pushing their customers to buy the most expensive item if not necessary.
Customer service was also good, delivery and assembling went smooth.
I am more than happy about the experience and glad for my new bed.

We ordered a wooden bed at the end of November with a delivery time of up to 3-4 weeks. It's beautiful, it was also very expensive, but the main reason why we bought it, was to get it in time. However, it only arrived 7 weeks later (not nice when sleeping on an inflatable mattress in the meantime). We asked Sengekompagniet for some sort of obligingness which they didn't accept. Hence, keep in mind late deliveries for a high product price (though quality is good).
