SCAM ALERT: DO NOT BUY FROM SENPAI CART (@senpaicart.shop / senpaicart.com) I am writing this to warn everyone: Senpai Cart is a total scam. I placed an order for an anime T-shirt (approx. 30 SGD) back on October 2nd, 2025, via the link in their Instagram bio. It has been months, and I have NOT received my order. I tried contacting them multiple times regarding the delivery status, but they have completely ignored my messages and provided zero updates. Red Flags to watch out for: • They run enticing "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" ads but never fulfill orders. • Their Instagram profile currently shows "0 posts," which is a common tactic for scammers to hide negative comments and report history. • Complete lack of customer service once payment is made. I couldn’t do any chargeback due to my order was 6months ago. Please spread the word and STAY AWAY from this shop. Don't let these scammers take your hard-earned money!

BORDER LINE SCAM

Absolute Trash.
If you want to save your money please avoid. This website is borderline scam. They took like 2 weeks to ship my order after repeated follow ups. And when I received the products finally after 3 full weeks they look nothing like shown in the picture. The print is so dull unlike the vibrant print shown in pictures. The cloth used also is just trash it’s some sort of cheap mix. PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS, I am usually a supporter of home grown brands but this one is a home grown scam. I checked reviews online before ordering and it all seemed fine but as mentioned it isn’t. Dont fall for the flashy advertising and product pictures.

So I call it a borderline scam is because this brand is living off of one time customers those are scammed. Now that I have posted this review their reply will be explaining the timelines to me and how it’s already mentioned on the website that they take 4 days to ship FYI my order was placed on 15th Dec and wasn’t shipped till 25th which is 10 total days and 8 working days and delivery on 31st December in today’s time where brands have 60 mins delivery this is just a “thing” they do and already tell you about it cause they think informing someone about something somehow makes it right.

Coming to the quality of the product. When you receive the product and realise this looks nothing like what’s shown they will tell you “all the details about the product fabric etc is already mentioned and for the pictured btw we use mock up picture so they aren’t accurate” MOCK UP PICTURES ? Imagine showing a customer a picture which is the only decision making factor for 99% of them and then you sell them some third class cheapo and tell them that we told you the product is shit you just didn’t READ and the picture are not accurate sorry.

They know that no one will buy their stuff if they put actual picture and that’s why they have the most useless return policy of damage only where’s as every single brand atleast provides a exchange if it’s a size issues.

I bought 2 hoodies from here. Trash print trash fabric and their sizing is also not standard. The XXL barely fits me where as everything else from “proper brands” like H&M and souled store fit fine. I know that I’ve been scammed so I’m just going to throw these and forget I ever ordered.

This review reads long, but it still manages to leave out several inconvenient facts. Let’s put them back.

Order #2370 was placed on 15th December. Our standard processing time is 3–4 working days, which is clearly mentioned on our website, order confirmation, and automated WhatsApp responses. Processing time is not delivery time, and repeating the distinction doesn’t change how logistics work.

December also included public holidays, followed by documented courier delays due to heavy fog, confirmed by official communication from Delhivery. We shared this update publicly via our Instagram stories so customers could stay informed. We process 90–100 orders daily, which makes it unrealistic to individually notify every customer about courier-side delays that affect entire regions.

Despite this, our team responded within business hours, shared tracking details, followed up with the dispatch hub, and even offered a refund if the parcel wasn’t dispatched by end of day. The parcel was dispatched, tracking became active, and the order was delivered. This is also acknowledged in the chat with a “Thanks 🙏” from the same customer.

Comparing a made-to-order streetwear brand to “60-minute delivery” services is entertaining, but not relevant. We are not a hyperlocal delivery app. and we don't claim to be.
We are an independent label producing, packing, and shipping physical garments.

Now to the product itself.

Fabric composition, GSM, sizing charts, mockups, and return policies are clearly disclosed before purchase. Mockups are used for clean design representation and are openly stated. Additionally, real product photos and customer-worn images are regularly posted on our social media, visible to anyone who checks beyond the product page.This isn’t hidden, buried, or sneaked in after checkout.

If mockups alone were enough to make something a “scam,” most global fashion brands would be out of business.

As for “vibrant vs dull,” prints don’t change in the box — but screen brightness, color profiles, filters, and display calibration absolutely do. A hoodie isn’t responsible for someone viewing it on a phone set to nuclear saturation.

On sizing:
The XXL ordered corresponds to a 50-inch chest, as per the size chart. Different brands use different size blocks. If XXL fits differently across brands, that does not make one brand incorrect — it’s exactly why size charts exist.

On returns:
We accept returns for defects or damage, which is clearly stated. We do not offer exchanges for preference-based dissatisfaction. Disliking a product after receiving it does not retroactively make disclosed policies deceptive.

Calling a brand a “borderline scam” after:
• receiving tracking updates
• acknowledging dispatch
• receiving the product
• and having all policies disclosed in advance

is not feedback. It’s frustration being reframed as accusation.

We currently have 190+ five-star reviews from verified customers on our website, many of whom are repeat buyers. One negative experience does not invalidate hundreds of successful ones, especially when documented timelines and communication are being selectively ignored.

Abusive Customer service

I had received a totally different product and informed the customer support about it . The customer support is handled by someone insanely immature person. I was subjected to rude, aggressive, and derogatory language, including personal insults, abusive remarks, and threatening statements. This kind of communication is completely unacceptable from any brand, irrespective of the situation or timelines involved.

You didn't mentioned about delivered date was 3rd december , complaint date was 24th december, (21 days later).

Words from you not mentioned which escalated the conversation - Irresponsible,small idiot brand, Mishbehaved to an extent in which any person sitting behind the screen have every right to call out no matter its customer we can't allow even them to call out our team or us in derogatory terms.

The order in question (Flame Flex DIY Tee) was delivered successfully on 3rd December. No concern or complaint was raised within our clearly stated complaint or return window.

This product is listed and sold as a DIY tee, meaning it is intended for customer-led customization and modification after delivery. The description on our website clearly communicate this nature of the item. and have to be customised by customer, if you didn't read the clear term we are not responsible.

The first message regarding an issue was received on 24th December, more than 20 days after delivery, which is well beyond our policy deadline. Despite this, our team still requested photographic proof to understand and verify the concern.

Unfortunately, instead of sharing the requested proof at the outset, the conversation escalated. During this exchange, our support team was subjected to repeated accusations and abusive language. Verification images were only shared much later, at which point the complaint was already discarded due to misbehaviour.

We understand customer frustration when expectations are not met. However, abusive language or threatening remarks toward support staff are not acceptable. Clear timelines and policies exist to ensure fairness for both customers and the business.

We remain committed to quality and transparency and continue to address all valid concerns raised within the defined timelines with care and responsibility.

Worst Service and even Worse Products

My order was shipped 20 days after I placed it and only arrived 25 days later. The prints look awful compared to what was shown on the website, and the hoodie quality is really poor. Honestly, I feel scammed.

It seems like their warehouse has constant issues. They should consider investing less in Instagram ads and more in improving their logistics and quality control.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you're looking for good-quality products.

Your order was placed on 25 November, picked up by our courier partner on 7 December, and delivered on 16 December, as confirmed by Delhivery’s tracking records. Our processing and shipping operate Monday to Friday only; no processing or dispatch happens on Saturdays or Sundays. The order also fell during a high-volume period, which can affect transit time after pickup.

Regarding product appearance: we use studio mockups for visual representation, while material composition, fabric type, fit, and print method are clearly detailed in the product description. Mockups are meant to represent the design, not to mislead on quality or construction. Variations in perception due to lighting, screen calibration, or personal expectations do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

The products delivered matched the specifications listed on the product page. No verified manufacturing defect (such as damage, misprint, or wrong item) was reported with supporting images within the required timeframe.

As stated in our policy, returns are accepted only in cases of verified defects, and this policy is applied consistently to all customers. Preference-based dissatisfaction or expectation mismatch does not fall under defect criteria.

We value genuine feedback and continue improving our operations, but we also stand by our records, product specifications, and stated policies.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It's not a reliable brand, possibly run by dimwits who aren't professional enough to deal with customer grievances. The support is pathetic, the service is god awful and they won't refund your money either and instead blame the customer for the incompetence of the delivery partner. Not a genuine business. STAY AWAY!

But here’s what actually happened: your order was shipped promptly, and our delivery partner attempted delivery four separate times. Each attempt was marked as “customer unavailable,” and the courier’s logs clearly confirm that. This was also a COD order—we still sent it out despite it being marked as a high-risk profile, just to give you a fair chance to receive it.

Our policy (which is clearly mentioned at checkout) states that Senpaii isn’t responsible for failed deliveries when the customer isn’t available, but even then, we followed up with the courier and tried to get it delivered again.

We never blame customers—we just go by verified courier records. If you’d like, we can share the delivery attempt proof directly from Delhivery’s tracking system.

We respect every customer’s feedback, but we also want to keep things transparent and fair for both sides.
