This is my second Senz umbrella. I live in Oregon where rain is abundant so I bought the Mini a year ago and love it so much I decided to get the micro to keep in my purse. It's perfect, well made, folds and unfolds well, love it!

Very prompt delivery & great quality umbrella
Very prompt delivery, arrived in a couple of days from delivery (even though ordering from outside Netherlands). The umbrella feels and looks very luxurious and really well made - you can notice the difference in the quality straight away. It holds its shape well in winds (while other umbrellas have turned over, this one didn't), but still yet to try it in heavy rain in wind. Wonderful colours too. A great investment and would recommend!

Very sleek and comfortable to use!!!!
Overall excellent product. Very sleek and comfortable to use!!!! My suggestion would is to use a hard rubber (if possible a replaceable one) sort of things rather than the hard plastic which is used on the top (falls or touches the floor when we keep it down).

List price on the Senz site: about 60 chf; final price, without advertisment: about 90 chf, due to UPS charges... Never order at Senz thru the Senz site if you live out of Netherland !

You bought your senz° umbrella on the website without paying VAT, you have to pay this in your country of residence. In addition, import duties are charged to your shipment. These import duties are determined by countries outside the EU and unfortunately we have no influence on this.

Very poor quality
I purchased the senz° Mini Automatic Pure Black Reflective for €64.90 just 3 weeks ago. The umbrella was supposed to be wind-resistant, but it broke with the first gust of wind! It's of very poor quality and definitely not worth the money.

The lady at the Customer service was…
The lady at the Customer service was very friendly and enthusiastic. I wanted to change the color of my umbrella after already submitting my purchase. We talked on the phone and she helped me choose the right color while describing the colors in the pictures in the website and in reality. Also, it was very nice to talk to her :)
