Absolutely awful experience with this company. Ordered a black Friday hoodie and it took ages to arrive. Didn’t arrive until after Christmas which was too late. When it did arrive it was packed poorly with no proper wrapping and no label and didn’t look the same color as the picture. They state that to return you can return within 14 days and you have to complete a return form and email it to them to get a return label. I did this over 2 weeks ago and have sent multiple emails since, messages on instagram, and had no response. They have no phone number on anything. It’s an absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. I am tempted to package up and send back but I do not trust them to refund me. These hoodies are not chesp at £80 and compared to other brands at a similar price point the quality is poor and the service is appalling. I would never buy anything again from them. Really need to do better Seperate Collection if you want to be around much longer.

Emailed and messaged on instagram multiple times. Absolutely no customer service. Asked to return items multiple times with no response. absolute joke, avoid.

Ordered 2 shirts. Have ordered in the past and never had any issues. This time one of the shirts was a different fit from the others and I followed the instructions and sent back for refund. I heard nothing back after a week. I emailed them about 5 times. Each time getting an automated response telling me I'd hear back within 48 hours. I'm still waiting 2 weeks later. I've also tried several times to contact on Instagram directly but again no reposnse. What a let down. I'm now out of pocket and feel robbed.

Ordered a hoodie on Black Friday and still hadn’t received it by January , emailed to ask what had happened and found it had been lost through mail which is fair enough however, when they promised me a jumper, a top and 50% refund as an ‘apology’ I never received the promised refund even after countless attempts at trying to contact them. Don’t waste your time , customer service is terrible! This whole process has lasted around 6 months and I am now unable to receive any form of contact via DM or email.

Absolute shambles of a customer service. Causing me nothing but grief! I’ve been waiting over a month for them to confirm my refund to Klarna. I am now overdue a payment and been charged for it. DO NOT BUY!

I’ve been waiting on a refund for over two weeks on a jumper I returned. Still yet to hear back despite chasing multiple times.

I was recommended separate collection by a friend and was amazed by the quality. The heavy cotton on the tee’s is great as every piece I’ve bought has lasted and the graphics have remained in good quality. Now I’m a regular buyer of separate garms and always anticipating the next drop! Thanks to the team at separate collection

Saw this company on an ad on Instagram and I’ve had bad experiences buying clothes online in the past so I was a bit reluctant at first. However, after biting the bullet, I can honestly say how impressed I was as the quality and fit both exceeded my expectations. I now find myself a regular customer and always on the hunt to see what new garments they have in stock. Quick service and great quality. Thank you!

I ordered two items on March 1st, received one of the items a week or two later. Left it a week to see if the other item came, this did not occur so I sent them a message/email asking where the second item was. They confirmed this was lost in transit…so I thought fair enough accidents/things happen and because they responded so quickly, I thought wow this is great service because it’s about how you resolve errors/mistakes. They then confirmed this would be delivered the following week and apologised for the delay.

It’s now been nearly 3 weeks since this of me messaging them and them constantly making excuses of why my parcel has not yet been sent. I wouldn’t mind if they hadn’t already confirmed/promised it would be sent on a certain date for it now to still not be here.

The clothes are of decent quality but for the price paid and service received I thought I would never order anything from this company again £170 down and to took over 1 month to receive one of my items. I then eventually got a call from the owner Alex who apologised and explained the issues the staff members I spoke to caused, he then stated he would personally send the item to me along with a free t-shirt to apologise for the poor service I received. To my surprise it included a free t shirt and windbreaker which were very nice, these errors happen and it’s about how you resolve it so big thank you to the owner for resolving this and the clothes are of high quality hopefully they can get better staff to let the service match the clothes
