we bought shoes and they never arrived! scam
I was about to place an order online but decided see what Trustpilot says about this company and seeing the negative reviews and that they are scammers I didn’t authorise the payment transaction, I declined it instead. However, after a few hours, I received a message from my bank in which I was asked if I can mark a new transaction from this company as VALID or FRAUD — and it was fraud, as I didn’t go ahead and complete the purchase. The scammers, however, decided to do it on my behalf. Beware of sharing your personal information with this website. Definetely scammers! I also received a dodgy email from them offering me -15% discount only to complete the purchase. What a joke!
Warning DO NOT USE. Sepcleat takes money, and doesn't delivery goods, e.g - trainer shoes. Does not reply to emails. Scum scam company. Wish I could give zero stars. Bank gave refund.
Don't order anything from this website it's a scam! Customer service doesn't exist there's no phone number or information on this website. Sepcleat will take your money and you will have no way of making a complaint when you never receive merchandise
Made a 98$ order, transaction went through two days later. Never got any order info or feedback. On theit website the order status was 'unpaid' even though i clearly paid so i sent an email to support only to never get an answer. Couple days pass, my bank tells me my card's been blocked and the order is deleted from my account. I went to the bank to submit a dispute and create a new bank account cause they stole my info! Now I'm waiting to see if I'll get my money back or how things will go from here. I'm expecting them to send a pair of glasses alongside a fake tracking id, so ill be ready to talk to my bank at any time. Stay away from both sepcleat and sepsale, please!
