After deciding to sell up in the UK and retire to Spain I contacting Rob Burns from Sequre International. Rob and I discussed in detail about the pros and cons of moving to Spain and after a number of conversations I felt confident in visiting the Costa Blanca. Rob suggested the best way forward would be to do a 4-day inspection trip where I would go out with a sales agent and look at the area, properties that matched my criteria and all the other legal processes when buying a property in Spain. After 3 days I found my perfect property with Andy and was then looked after by the excellent aftersales department who in their words `held my hand through the whole process´. From start to finish I moved into my property within four weeks! I could not have even attempted to achieve this without the help and expertise of the team at Sequre. Paul Curran.

Right from the start and our first contact with Teresa, we knew this was going to go well. In Spain, Andrew Gill is an amazing guy. He’s always there on the end of the phone to help. We then met the rest of the team ,who are just fantastic, friendly, helpful people.
In reality, buying a home so many miles away is going to have worrying moments BUT, this small almost family like group of people really get things done and put your mind to rest.

We had been looking for a property in the Costa Blanca South region for over 2 years without any success, we then contacted Sequre International and spoke to Rob Burns, Rob asked all sorts of questions some of which we hadn't even thought of in order to match us to properties and areas, we immediately felt at ease and less anxious about the property search. Two weeks later we were in Spain and were picked up at the Airport by Ian, again straight away Ian made us feel comfortable and at ease. We started looking on the 30/11/18 & by 3/12/18 we had found our penthouse apartment and had an offer accepted. Ian provided advice about a suitable solicitor and even drove us to the bank to set up our Spanish bank account. The purchase went through very smoothly and we completed on the 27/12/19. The process was incredibly smooth and all the team at Sequre were there at the end of the phone or by e-mail to assist in all aspects of the process even assistance with our internet connection. We are very impressed with the support and help received from everyone at Sequre they supported us from the start to the finish and still offer an excellent after care service, we would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a property in Spain.

We had a hosted weekend viewing properties in November 2018, following which we subsequently purchased our dream property. Cheryl was fantastic, having listened to our initial requirements spent two full days showing us a number of suitable options and tailored our visit as we went along, ensuring the properties visited matched our requirements. From offer to completion she also was very helpful providing advice and guidance (as we haven't purchased in Spain before) and also with post purchase support. My wife and I have been interested in owning a holiday home in Spain for a few years but with brexit kicking off we didn't build up our hopes with all the negativity surrounding it. However we set off in September for a month to explore south alecante area. Sequre had been sending me emails and I contacted them to advise us when we were out. The advisor assigned to us was Andrew Gill and right from day one was very honest with any questions we had and at no time did we feel any pressure being applied. He listened to our requirements, but also showed us other considerations. My wife and I visited Spain on a viewing holiday courtesy of Sequre in June 2018. We were immediately struck by the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to ensure they met every element of our house search. Andrew Gill initially laid the foundation prior to our trip by sending us a selection of potential properties we might be interested in.
On the first day of viewing we were met by Andrew Gill and an associate, who had a list of properties for us to view. Unfortunately, after most of the day searching our preferred area, we were unable to find a house we liked.
On day two, Andrew Lampshire suggested we should broaden our search and suggested we should try the area around San Pedro.
On the way to San Pedro Andrew took the time to get to know us by asking specific questions about our must have’s, and our social life. We visited La Pagan beach, Pilar De La Horadada, and the mud bath at Mar Menor, what a beautiful area.
We were totally sold on the location, well done Andrew. We were taken to a new residential development of three bed detached villas with private pool and garden, which was what we were looking for. We could not believe that Andrew had found our dream home close to amenities restaurants, bars, bike paths and beaches.
Well done to all the staff at Sequre International for their help, professionalism, communication & after care support. We have recommended Sequre International to our friends who are also thinking of buying property in Spain.

Went over on a viewing trip in June 2018 and was met by Andy at the airport. Put up in the excellent Campoamor Golf hotel for 3 days. We cannot recommend Sequre enough. Very well looked after, no pushiness, very friendly office....bought a house after viewing approx. 12 properties over the 3 days and had the keys less than 30 days later! There is no hard sell here, and the guys go over and above what you would expect. 5 star service.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport we were taken to numerous properties all within our budget and specifications. As our requirements changed Andrew found a property to meet our demands. Within 2 days after many viewings we found the property we were looking for and before we left on day 4 we had a Spanish lawyer, bank account and placed a deposit to reserve. Eight months later we are living the dream in our villa hassle free.

Excellent company - We had reviewed via internet a few properties prior to visiting Spain and requested that Sequre arrange viewings(which they done), on top of this they took us to a few properties they felt may be of interest and we are so glad they did as we found a property we were really happy with and our offer was accepted. Caroline was excellent to deal with and had good knowledge of the area and all properties we visited, we cannot recommend enough..

Sequre International were absolutely fabulous during our property review in Spain. Daniel, in particular, couldn't do enough to support us throughout the whole experience. He was excellent with his advice and ensured we remained focused at all times. Daniel didn't mind how many times we asked him to see a couple of properties whilst we made up our minds including taking us to lawyers on a Sunday morning to help with the questions we had. An absolute excellent service and would highly recommend.

Buying A property in Spain? well from the start of my journey to find a property in Spain and being badly advised by other so called property experts in Spain I came across Sequre International who from the outset helped me by firstly whittling down areas and property typesand kept me informed of prices, taxes costs etc. Once we had an idea of the numbers they arranged for me to go to Spain and put me up in a plush hotel ,yes I did have to pay but it was only £99. for return flights and 4 nights in the hotel. I know you are probably thinking they will get you out there and do the hard sell, well not a bit of it ,from the start they gave me nothing but sound advice, people to contact, financial advisors, lawyers, property management people, furniture companies etc, in fact if you want Anything Andy or Cheryl will either know someone or organise it for you..
Once I had chosen a place which was a new build Sequre took me to a good Lawyer to start the process. when I got back home they kept in constant contact with me advising me and checking if I needed more help.
I got the keys finally in March 2018 and prior to this happening Cheryl who is an After Sales consultant for Sequre organised everything including checking all the snagging had been completed (not much gets passed her). to getting me furniture prices and the design she has an excellent eye for detail and also organising the fit out, internet and Tv and air con.
now you are probably thinking Sequre must have charged me a fortune for all this care and attention well you are wrong as I only paid for the Flights and hotel.
So even if you think you can do it all yourself, why bother ,because there might be something you have forgotten Sequre ask you everything to make sure you don`t.
