I never received my order. Wowcher finally reimbursed me after 2 months trying to contact Serenity Designs.

Same as other reviews, ordered a headboard beginning September, to be delivered beginning October . No contact from merchant after emails from myself and Wowcher, where I have to keep waiting another 3 working days. I do wonder whether Serene Living/Designs who manufacture the headboards actually exist. Do not order a headboard from Wowcher the saving means nothing if you dont receive the product and they have your money. You will have constant aggravation trying to find out what's gone wrong and sending copious emails wasting time. Very poor, proceed with caution, and check your merchants first before buying anything using wowcher - disappointed.

Like so many others I ordered a headboard using Wowcher, this should have been delivered in August and to date has still not been received. Despite efforts to email and contact I have had no response from the company. Absolutely disgusted that Wowcher would use a company with such poor customer feed back and that Serenity Designs have received payment in full and not only have they not delivered the goods but are ignoring attempts to resolve this issue. I am going to take this further.

Another Wowcher order complaint. Ordered a headboard from Serene Living T/A Serenity Designs. Was told delivery on or before 17 August 2024. Never received. Emails to company ignored. Not happy.

Ordered a head board through Wowcher and it’s not arrived emails and phone calls no one answers plz beware of this company

I ordered a headboard through Wowcher beginning of February and was expecting an estimated delivery by 12 February. The 12th came and went and nothing... I have emailed, called (dont think the phone is even working. Tried to leave a message on the website. That didn't work either). No response from Wowcher. I would like answers. I'm not prepared to hand out money for nothing!! I will look at taking this further if I don't hear anything.

UPDATE

After a few more emails and complaints to wowcher and resolver I finally received an email informing me that my headboard got lost in transit. I received another headboard in perfect condition on Monday 26 February so I've added another star. I would feedback that perhaps they should increase their estimated delivery time when demand is high and also vastly improve their comms.

Ordered a headboard off wowcher. No response from company and no delivery. Scammers do not use. And wowcher should not he dealing with this company. Disgrace

It looks like the Company became insolvent in December, 2022.

Company do not reply to emails. bought a headboard via wowcher. delivery date surpassed and no help from company or wowcher!

This website is a fraud. I paid £196 for a mattress. It never came. No one answers the phone or emails. I raised a PayPal dispute to get the money back, they then suddenly did reply, saying they had refunded me, but they haven't. I am hoping PayPal will get my money back soon. FRAUDSTERS, don't buy.
