Ordered light grey trim and received dark grey, Serial kombi just told me it was a issue with camera, light and age and that I need to buy much more to change all, wierd comment.

Needed some obscure VW clips, was able to order them without problem

I've been ordering from SK since 2004 (that is 20 years now!). On the long term I can say that I feel satisfied by their offer and service. They are present and responsive. I will continue buying from them. Highly recommended for the real VW Bus enthusiasts!

I placed an order for 2 items totaling 30 Euros.The order was accepted and paid for. At no point was a warning given including order confirmation that it could not be shipped. After order confirmation the following mail information was received saying the order could not be shipped and giving 2 options for an alternative to the order.
"Since 1st January 2021 the import and export of goods between the United Kingdom and France has changed and requires us to adapt.
Unfortunately these new rules no longer allow us to accept orders below 155€ including VAT. We therefore have to cancel your order and refund your money.
We have two solutions on offer:
- Place an order for an amount equal to or greater than 155€ excluding VAT
Or
- You are a professional (proving this with your EORI number on your professional account) and you can place an order regardless of the amount
So I'm expecting a refund, but when asking when it would come I was told "As our accounts department is currently closed, it will not be possible to issue a refund before the end of the month."
I replied "What a pathetic excuse, you are quick enough to take people's money, try again."
They replied."You can think what you like, but that's precisely the case. If you had read the various warnings put in place before placing your order, you would have seen that your order could not have been completed..."
IN FACT THERE WERE NO WARNINGS EVEN THE ORDER CONFIRMATION CONTAINED NO WARNING.

Can’t get through to anyone on the phone…..hear a lady speaking, telling you about the ‘exceptional experience’ they provide 🤔🤔 and then get the engaged tone?! I need answers?! Also tried emailing but nothing back…..’terrible experience’ mire like

Ordered 120 Amp alternator for my VWT4
Removed the old alternator from the van in anticipation
Fitted the new alternator and then....found that the plug for the B+ exciter was not standard VW
I managed to crimp a new connector (had to buy a set of connectors from eBay).
Informed SerialK of the issue, they basically said as I had managed to get a connector on, then there was no real problem. They had no idea about the shape of standard VW electrical plugs (square one end, round the other).
Not realistic to have a connection without a correct plug to ensure the connection stays in place and is protected. Searched on-line for an oblong plug - purchased one that turned out to be incorrect. Had another go and got the right plug. Weeks had gone by now and it cost me over 30Euros additional. I have to remove the undertray to access the alternator and that also means removing the bull bar and Cibies. So, the vehicle was off the road all this time.
Conclusion, they are not specialists and appear to just buy reconditioned alternators with no regard for the correct fitting. What should have been a simple swap took over a month with having to find, purchase and wait for parts to be delivered.
Will never use again.

Place a larger order. Everything was loose in the packaging. Loose parts completely open in the box, without protection. Several important parts were missing. I will not use them again.
