Trustworthy company. When I received a defective item - a couple stitches in a seam weren't closed and unraveled - they #1 - checked in with me about my order before I contacted them and #2 - replaced the item asap and offered a discount on another item and #3 - followed up again to see if my order was correct! I have ordered 3 items from them and all three are well made and durable.

Received The Boxer as a gift some time ago and am still really happy with them! Was very pleasantly surprised by the little message hidden in the fly. Very comfy and I feel great in them.
I didn't realize, though, that the washed-out look was actually just airbrushed on (which was a lot more apparent in person). Putting them through the wash caused the airbrushing to fade quite a bit.
The sizes available were a little disappointing as I'm a shorter and fairly heavyset guy, so the length is a little excessive - nothing some homemade tailoring can't fix, though.
Overall very satisfied with the product.

I ordered the wrong size; Sernes had great customer service and promptly replaced my order with the right size. I had to pay for shipping on the return, which is only fair. It’s not their fault I ordered the wrong size. Pants fit true to size, (some brands like Hollister, American eagle/ etc. Don’t fit true to size, so just be weary of this when ordering). If you don’t know what sizes to order, get a tailor to measure you for sizing. Great pants though. 10/10, product, 10/10 customer service. would recommend
