I wanted to move abroad for better international exposure and career opportunities as an Engineering Manager. During this journey, I came across Sernexuss Consultancy, which initially appeared genuine and professional.

At first, their team was very responsive and attentive — until the payment was made. For the first couple of months, they kept me engaged with paperwork and IELTS Preps. However, as time passed, delays began to occur frequently. I had to take the initiative to follow up on every step, including crucial application deadlines like for the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs). Despite repeatedly asking, they never shared a clear roadmap or transparent process, and often gave vague or evasive answers.

Eventually, I asked a friend who was visiting Delhi to check on their office. To my shock, he discovered that Sernexuss has a poor reputation for delaying processes and allegedly extorting money from clients. When I confronted the team with this information, they again offered vague responses without addressing my concerns properly.

My contract recently ended, and since then, no one has responded to my calls or emails. The assigned case managers — Mr. Ajmal Khan and Pragya Sharma — have become completely unreachable, and the office itself has gone silent.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to engage with Sernexuss Consultancy. Their practices appear shady, and they seem more interested in securing payments than genuinely supporting clients in their immigration journey.

It’s aa Team of Fraud starting from Mr Ajmal down to its core team .. guys plz don’t get into their trap . I had given the charges for placement in Luxembourg . Af fret 8 months they were not able to do the same . And when I asked for refund , their so called HOD ( Mr Ajmal) said that they cannot give refund instead they can go for other country immigration ., don’t fall in trap of Ms Harsha , Ms Shefali . These are the looters of your hard earned money . They simply take your money and will enjoy the interest on your money through bank ..

I had always dreamed of finding a job abroad and settling there, just like many others. In August 2024, I came across a post about an opportunity to work abroad, and soon after, I received a call from the sales team at SERNEXUSS. They assured me that they would help me secure a job abroad, and to proceed with the process, I was asked to register and pay a hefty amount of ₹63,500. I was told that they would apply on my behalf and that the process would take 4-5 months.

Initially, my instincts told me to be cautious, but the sales team was so persuasive that I decided to go ahead with it, disregarding my doubts and concerns from family members. Unfortunately, that was a big mistake.

Once I paid the amount, my doubts began to grow. I had questions about job assistance and the countries I could apply to, but there was no clear response from the sales team. Eventually, they nominated someone to assist me, and I started following up regularly. By September 2024, I hadn’t received any solid updates. When I did follow up, I was told that only 10 + applications had been submitted on my behalf, and I was asked to check if I had received any responses. This process continued from September 2024 until January 2025, and in total, less than 12 applications were sent on my behalf.

I became frustrated with the lack of progress and poor service. When I approached them for clarification, I was given vague answers and no proper solutions.

I would urge anyone aspiring to work abroad to be very cautious when considering SERNEXUSS. They are not the platform you need if you're looking for genuine support and assistance. Please be vigilant and do not fall into the same trap I did.

this immigration company is fraud and scammer. Initally they told that your profile is 200% for AIP program just to get processing charge from you. And they did mistake my document too and as per the contract they have to refund my processing fee but Mrs. Pragya and Mr. Rihan are refusing to refund my processing fee and just avoiding me. This immigration has done scammed to lot's of people. Please check on LinkedIn about there fraudulent activities. Be aware and make others aware too.

These people will only commit, especially Aditya , do not trust his words he is a big liar and will give you all false hopes and then later on just disappear. I had enrolled for Canada, these people know that nothing can be done but still are not ready to refund. Aditya also told me that we have people in Canada who will surely help with everything. DO NOT WASTE MONEY AND TIME. THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING,

this is scam do not pay anything, worse than worse they are
it is almost over 8 months, I have paid about 50000 inr for newziland job process , but after a make payment to this company they start make excuses to avoid.
earlier i asked for in case of not fulfill any job they told me to refund me but till now they are not even listen to me, and i am prepairing to send them legal notice

If I could give rating in minus I would have but know that these guys are absolute fraud and only trap people to get their money while making tall claims which they do not deliver. The recruitment staff consisting of the case managers and immigration specialist are so useless and do absolutely nothing to assist. The ageeement says your amount paid is refundable which however they won’t refund anyway under any circumstances in case they fail to provide you any assistance (which they surely fail at). BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY instead go to other regional consultancies which are genuinely providing you immigration job assistance.

Hi guys do not get trap in there words, my experience is totally worse with them initially consultant told me they have opportunity according to my profile, after that i do the registration after registering with them they asked for money to deposit, i said i will pay step by step progress. Then they reply they do not have relevant opportunity as per my profile. Beware with these fake consultant and do not waste your precious time and money. Roshni and Prishika these two are i get interacted.
