Noah was very kind and gave me two hours of his attention. I had to wait time by time for two hours, but I think that he was busy with other customers. My problem was not so easy to solve and he was very helpful.

I had a very bad experience with…

I had a very bad experience with TurboSMTP support. Yesterday I spoke with one agent who was helpful and guided me through the setup process. But today, the agent who answered my questions was unprofessional and not helpful at all. I kept asking where to add the sender email, sent screenshots, and explained the issue, but instead of properly guiding me, they repeated the same generic instructions without solving anything. I wasted almost 2 hours trying to configure something simple, and the support agent showed no real effort to help. Very disappointing experience.

We've used Turbo SMTP for many years…

We've used Turbo SMTP for many years and they are great to work with. Very reliable service and when any issue arises, they have incredibly responsive 24/7 customer and tech support. Had a brief issue this morning and Amira was a great help, as always. Thanks for the wonderful service.

I signed up and paid for turboSMTP

I signed up and paid for turboSMTP, but before I could even send a single email, my account was banned — less than 30 minutes after payment. No clear explanation, no warning, and no support resolution. I never even got the chance to use what I paid for. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended!

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. I subscribed, spent hours trying to configure their very complex requests on modifications to the DNS records of the domains etc. I wasn't even done with that, didn't manage to even use it ONCE! not a single email sent, they just cancelled the account, no reason given, just a very rude reply from customer service saying "you are cancelled", just like that.
