Delivered the manual by email very quickly and at a reasonable price

You sent me a tiny piece of wire encased in a piece of sponge that had disintegrated into sand.
If there were any instructions on how to insert something that was too thin and tiny to even hold, it might have been useful.

The manual was clear and readable. The ability to download immediately was excellent.

A vital service. One of the few still existing on the internet.

Easily found and circuit diagrams very clear. Would have preferred more info.
