Booked my car in for MOT and service
Booked my car in for MOT and service. Time slot was 8-10.Was called at 10.30 on morning saying they would be within the hour . No show and at 12 had a call saying they hadn’t left garage and if I wanted to cancel I could. Really not good practice would never use this service . Got the feeling they couldn’t be bothered to collect my car obviously don’t need the custom think this was more the garage than anything because I used this service last year and was really good. Still would never use this again the reviews are horrendous.
