Slow delivery

A lot of tableware out of stock. Very slow delivery. Reimbursement is also very slow.

good communication

good communication: not all items were in stock at the moment of purchase so I was duly informed; once all items were in stock the package could be shipped: I was well informed and delivery was very fast and all OK.

Wedgwood Hibiscus tableware

Dear Sirs,
I recently orderd from Wedgwood tableware named Hibiscus several items.
The order was to be split in two deliveries. The first delevery came
perfectly in time and was packed in a fantastic way. However, the second delivery was due to arrive in the first part of January, but due to delivery circumstances it will be delivered somewhere in March.
Pollmann offered me to cancel this last delivery and they will refund me herefore. I accepted this. I understand very well that Pollmann is dependent on the conditions of Wedgwood. I am delighted with
Wedgwood tableware Hibicus.

I ordered during the Christmas period…

I ordered during the Christmas period and I immediately received a message informing me that my order would be dispatched after, which is perfectly understandable. I was happy to receive my order only a few days after the business re-opened.
