I ordered some leche corporal from…

Well over a week ago I ordered some leche corporal from Sesderma, which I first found in Madrid years ago and loved (and reordered several times). But — aside from an immediate standardized notice thanking me for the order and saying I’d soon hear about when it would ship — I heard nothing except some ads inviting me to order more products; when I tried to reply to the first email (and then to the ad) to ask when the order might ship, I was told I had ”no access.”
Today — two weeks later — the order did arrive, so it’s not a scam. However, the inability to communicate with Sesderma USA had me worried enough that I will order from elsewhere or, alas, look for a different lotion in the future.

I ordered from Sesderma USA. After payment confirmation email, no details about my order since weeks, their tracking system not working, i emailed them for which no reply, their customer contact number not working, it seems i have been defrauded. Their site seems to be a scam.

Paid for scam..

I loved their products BEFORE... This year I relocated to Europe and ordered a TRX Face Toner from Spain because couldn't find it in stock. Firstly, I had to pay for it by bank transfer. It wasn't possible to pay online for delivery to another country. I had been waiting for my order for 3 weeks and every week I tried to get a tracking number or any confirmation, it was so annoying. But they just sent me screenshots with the order number and said that the courier left my parcel in the Egyfone shop. I went to that store in Vienna, by the way, I live in Bratislava. Imagine my surprise, there was no parcel in my name and the name of my colleague, whose address I indicated in Vienna. Now they say again that the parcel has been delivered but there is no any confirmation or tracking number. And without them, the guy at the shop can't give me anything.

Nothing happened after I paid

I already paid for my order, did not receive any transaction confirmation from their side tho, which is why I called their customer support.
They told me they couldn't find my order number, because they don't use the format my number has. What? I can see the number right in front of me. They haven't answered my eMails since then.

I will update the review if I get refunded or somehow receive my order

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!

I bought a moisturizer on July 31st, 2021. I was expecting to receive my product 8 days later. August 20th and nothing. I checked the track number they sent me and apparently the product was sent to Montreal (I live in Toronto). I tried to reach customer service through webpage chat and email and no response. 1 week later I received an email saying that there was a logistic problem with my order. That they will sent me immediately my replacement order. September 27th, nothing. I just want my refund. Then they call me that they cannot give me a refund because I paid with my credit card through Paypal. So, they can only send me the product or give a credit... Exhausted, I chose to receive the product... and SURPRISE... the product is sold out. Unbelievable. I will never buy again any other Sesderma product. The customer service sucks.

Horrible service from Sesderma head…

Horrible service from Sesderma head office in the UK!!!!completely unprofessional people without any knowledge about how treat good clients. Is a same as I love the products but the costumer service in UK is awful I been using their products as a personal and for professional as I am manager in an aesthetic clinic for more than 10 years and they lost me just for their unprofessional, rude and unpolite way I have been treated recently. Avoid them!!!! I am thinking take legal action
