I had purchased a ring before Black Friday at $85 and then a few days later I get an email saying the website is 50% off. So I go to see if I can return the ring. I’m able to so I planned on returning the ring once I received it. So I started a new order with the same ring and since the ring was half off I added another item which was a jewelry tray. My total was only about $56.50 for a $85 ring and a $24 jewelry tray! What a deal! Then Lilac responded with an email saying they can just refund my money for the first order $76.50 and charge me for my second order $56.50. Instead of having to return my first ring they let me keep it and would just send the tray on its own! They responded within a few hours and saved me some money. So I am happy. I know my girlfriend will love her gifts!

I absolutely LOVED buying from this store. After corona I was so bummed out I couldn’t have a prom but decided on doing a social distanced photoshoot with my prom dress. I bought a aquamarine necklace for my dress and not only did it look absolutely beautiful! (Even been wearing it everyday since I bought it) it also came with a lovely note too!! These people can take all my money and I will definitely buy from them again.

Friendly sellers! Love their jewelry!

First ring ordered lost all rose gold coloring within two day. Customer service was amazing and they apologized, had me send my ring in for “re-coating”. Did this and received it back quickly. Ring still lost coating within two days. They sent me a new one that had a different base metal. This ring was slightly too big and also still lose all its color. My rose gold ring it now fully silver and I don’t wear it because it’s loose and I’m not a silver fan. Customer service was great, quality, not so much.

I was given the wrong ring I’m order for me to get a refund I had to go through PayPal which took forever because you guys ignored any attempt from them to fix the situation. It’s okay though because i got a full refund after PayPal determined I was in the right and was able to buy another ring on Etsy. Be careful buying for these guys

The necklace i received broke immediately and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t give me one and instead sent another chain that didn’t even fit the charm. Very disappointing. I even found the exact necklace charm for like 30 cents on Ali express. For a company with such cute packaging it wasn’t that great.
