I bought a beautiful outdoor bird-wall clock which has been working perfectly over the last 12-months, however it stopped working & despite trying to revive it, it’s officially dead! As the clock is still within its 2-year guarantee period, I contacted Smart Garden Products Limited via email & was lucky enough to be dealt with by Tracy. Tracy has fantastic customer service skills & worked to resolve my broken clock. She dealt with my query efficiently, effectively & with understanding & offered to replace the broken clock. She has arranged to send a replacement clock out to my home address of which I can’t wait to receive - just in time for the beautiful spring weather coming!!

Tracy from customer services swiftly and concisely clarified what I needed to provide by way of proof of purchase etc and arranged a replacement. The process and response exceeded my expectations

I speak as I find.
Whilst we were on holiday last Summer, we purchased one set of 20 decor festoon lamps (3123081) from Highways Garden Centre and a further two sets from Roy's of Wroxham. (Both companies have the same owners).
Two of the sets worked perfectly, but sadly the third only worked for a day or so and had a weird fault affecting the brightness which could easily be seen next to the others. Since the place of purchase was some 150 miles away, returning for an exchange was an unlikely option.
To make matters worse, it had been some months before we had actually got round to using them, so quite a bit of time had elapsed before I found the need to call Smart Garden's customer services.
I wasn't particularly hopeful.
To my surprise and delight, I spoke to a lady called Tracy who could not have been more helpful. Within a week, a replacement set had been sent out.
The two sets that were working we hung at the front of the house over Christmas, and several people asked where we had purchased them from. Although we are normally nowhere near any Roy's branches, a quick Google search took us to some more local garden centres that stocked these products.
We are very pleased with our purchase, so much so that we are just about to order another two sets - so a big thank you and a thumbs up to Tracy and the staff at Smart Gardens for all their help.
It's a 'yes' from me!

I bought two rock lights and not even after 4 months, there were both out of service !
I changed the batteries but nothing happend.
So please : DO NOT BUY this product everyone…

I bought a Smart Garden product from a 3rd party supplier in 2023 which didn't last as long as I expected. I emailed Smart Garden and received an immediate reply offering to supply a replacement for half price and free P&P.

I have been working for Smart Garden since December 2017 and I couldn't have dreamed of a better place to work. I started my adventure as a receptionist. The company gave me great opportunities to develop my carrier and I currently work as an Administrator Manager. My bosses have always been helpful to me and I could always count on them. I am writing about the product called Poseidon cascade solar water fountain. This is the most useless water fountain I’ve ever seen. I laid £129 for it in Haskins in Angmering. It looks great, however the solar panel will only work in direct sunlight. By this I mean direct sunlight not even the slightest grey cloud or shadow as it will immediately stop working the solar panel has no battery to back it up so is something from the 1990’s.
Please do not waste your money on this product as it will be a nice garden feature but never a decent fountain.

Fantastic customer service from Tracy. Had a problem with a four way hanging basket stand where one of the pieces to assemble was incorrect. This was efficiently rectified with a replacement product without any fuss and with great communication. Thank you.
Bought some solar garden lamps from this firm. They were well made and look good. One failed to recharge after a few days. I contacted them and they sent me a new part which solved the problem.
These thing happen and I am grateful for there excellent responce.
I had experienced a fault on my solar powered fountain (a small part had become detached) and I couldn't see a way of reattaching it. I contacted customer services, and after the bank holiday weekend got an immediate telephone response from a very helpful and sympathetic lady called Tracy. She said they didn't sell the replacement part I needed that would have fixed the issue but offered to see what she could do if I provided more details and photo evidence. I duly did this, each time receiving rapid responses via email.
I was told in an email a "ticket" had been raised and a replacement would be sent out so I assumed they had somehow located a replacement tube.
I was staggered and delighted, when I today received a brand new fountain delivered to my home.
In this day and age when there seems to be very little real customer service given, Smart Garden products really came through and showed excellent customer care.
I am very grateful for their help and can now once again enjoy their beautiful solar fountain.
I would highly recommend this company and thank them for their help.
Having smashed a bulb of my new light set I contacted Customer Care where I spoke to a very pleasant lady who resolved my issue with no fuss and no charge.

I've visited their warehouse in Peterborough and the place is modern, state of the art, very clean and looks very good. Many suppliers in this industry have old plant, machinery and warehouses and and offices. Not Smart, they are Smart at what they do - good products, good people, good management. Keep it up!
A couple of years ago I purchased a Smart Garden Solar 'mystic' dog solar light ornament. The light has stopped working after a while, (largely my own fault for not bringing it in during the winter months). I contacted SGP to see if a new solar panel could be purchased. Tracy was extremely helpful and, just under a week later, a new component arrived at a very reasonable cost. The light is glowing once again! Excellent customer service! Very happy. Thank you!
