Great communication, such a lovely experience shopping with SH! An inclusive and positive women's based business. I had trouble with customs charges and SH was on it- extra custom charges were inevitable when buying from Ireland (due to stoopid brexit)- Sh! were knowledgeable and focused on making logistics as clear as possible. Best "toy" shop in London
