You may like to try runing down the battery little after a full charge.
This should give a more gentle experience as less charge should take out some of the power.

i ordered a wrong size 7 days ago, less than an hour after purchase i sent an email for their support asking for a size change. a day later i got an automatic message that the parcel has shipped - with the wrong size. 6 days had passed, still no word from their support team
