October 2024 purchase still incomplete

In October of 2024, I bought a set of sheets and ordered a second set of pillowcases. The offer to which I responded also offered a free set of towels.
Upon arrival, there was only the set of sheets w/2 pillowcases inside.
After reaching out to the Company, I received no response. Reached out again ... no response. $158 for a single set of sheets/pillowcases is too much.
This situation irritated me so much, I have yet to open the package!!!
I suggest you be very careful about ordering from this company.

Awsome Website!

They have so many great products where do i start? I have always gotten my shammy cloths there and love them. Now they carry my favorite pet product, Get Serious! It gets out everything. I just love shammysolutions! Oh and their customer service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful!
