The quality of the builds are exceptional and the engagement with Jazz throughout has been a pleasure. He is so detail orientated, helpful, engaging and truly made our decision to purchase easy. The company kept us up to date with the progress of our purchase. The sales team were very knowledgable and were always available to answer any questions.
The house is good quality and we haven't had any issues.

The Waterside Quarters team, Rosie, Carrie and Michael (the ones I have met) were amazing during my purchase process. I cannot thank them enough. Also, I think the assistance with technical stuff was also great, I had a very informative demonstration day. The quality of the apartment is also quite nice. Overall, happy so far 🙏🏻

Update: the sales team was lovely but I wouldn’t give 5 stars to Shanly had I knew there would be operational problems.

I have purchased a new Shanly Home at Ashcroft Place. The overall build quality and attention to detail is excellent. The sales team and in particular Jazz and Miranda have been very kind and professional at all times. They made our house buying process simple with clear communication. We are enjoying our first Christmas in our new Shanly Home. 5 stars all the way.

We had great experience with Shanly homes, they have amazing sales team and site manager in the development. We first came into Shanly homes on Nov, the sales consultant Jazz was the first person to welcome us and gave us a very nice and warm greeting. He is very professional and more importantly, he can give us useful advice on our purchase. Every time we went there, he always very patience and always smile when he was talking with us. Through our whole purchase process, Jazz was the main person deal with us, to be honest, We couldn't make the whole purchase went so smoothly without him. Right now, our whole family already moved into the property. And Even my pre inspector said the house is under good condition. Our family are very happy to move into our new home and big thank you to Jazz and whole sales team. Great great Experience.

Shanly Homes sales team at both sites Waterside Quarter (Rosie) and Moorfield Mews (Jazz) were very professional and helpful. They made sure that I had all the relevant information I needed and were very welcoming during my visit to the show homes. Highly recommended.

From the first viewing with Shona in the sales office who provided us with professional, honest ,support and exceptional customer service. Even when on moving into our new property any snagging issues have been dealt with promptly by the customer support team and any issues have been addressed. We recently moved into a newly built one-bedroom flat (Lightfield), and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful and attentive (Luis). Kelly was guiding us through every step of the process. She answered all our questions promptly.
The quality of the flat itself is with modern amenities, beautiful finishes, and everything was in perfect condition upon move-in.
What's also worth mentioning is their impeccable aftercare. Sam has gone above and beyond to ensure we are settling in well. Any minor issues I encountered were handled swiftly and professionally.

I have just completed at Waterside Quarter today. Over the past few months I’ve met all the sales team who are all knowledgable, polite and professional. 95% of the time I have dealt with Kerrie & Rosie and couldnt have asked for a better experience. It’s always nice when you get to communicate with the same people when dealing with queries etc over an extended period of time. Every step of the way Kerrie & Rosie have made the effort to quickly answer any questions or get in contact with the people that could. Having completed today I feel confident in the guarantees offered by Shanly going forward and can’t fault my over all experience so far.

Rosie and Kerrie are warm, friendly, knowledgeable, incredible helpful and approachable. Not just on the apartment but also on the area and buying process too.
Having been very keen for a quick process, the team were really supportive and equally persistent to ensure everything moved through processes as quickly as possible.
During the viewing ahead of completion, Kerrie also noted and quickly resolved any snagging issues.

From the moment I viewed the first property at Waterside Quarter I felt very supported and welcomed by Micheal and Rosie. They went above and beyond in helping me find the right apartment that suited me best. They really did have an incredible amount of patience and allowed me to view the apartments many times! Throughout the purchase process they kept me up to date and helped me out in understanding the different steps and requirements as a first time buyer. The apartments have a luxury level finish in comparison to all other flat developments in Maidenhead, and in the year I’ve had no issues at all. Even after the sale, the team are so friendly and will still stop to have a conversation. Micheal even helped to me to lift my mirror all the way up the stairs due to an unhelpful delivery driver! I couldn’t recommend the team and the apartments enough. It is down to Shanley that this end of Maidenhead has been transformed by having new and innovative companies/restaurants underneath and not your typical chains.
