Avoid at all costs

I am currently a tenant with with company in one of their properties and I have had nothing but issues and problems with them; along with my other housemates.

They are all rude grown men with not one brain cell between them. We have had countless issues with our house and they just brush it under the carpet and we pester and pester them to fix them and nothing gets done, when it does, it’s cheap labour from people who cannot speak English to interact with us so we can explain it to them.

It’s always a botched job.

Danilo is one of the men who runs Sharedpads alongside Ravi and CJ, to my knowledge he isn’t even based in the country yet makes a lot of Buisness with all tenants regarding rent and attempting to sort issues out, this man is always rude and has no social awareness when it comes to interacting with his tenants.

The housemates are lovely because I live with my friends, we are tied to our contract and which seems almost impossible to get out of, neither one of us fully understand it.

One of the tenants had black mould growing in their room for months and months and they didn’t do anything to fix it until we kept on bringing it up over and over again. Another tenant had a leaking sky light which leaked all over their bed for weeks and they didn’t nothing about it.

They continuously let themselves into the house and make their way around to talking about building works prior to not giving notice to all tenants.

Sharedpads by far, are the worst landlords I have ever had to deal with in my entire life, a lot of what they do seems illegal. EVERYthing is so unprofessional with this company.

Issues have happened which I will not broadcast online, please DO NOT rent with these people or this company.

Awful experience

Awful experience!

They misled me with the room, they showed me the room online when I arrived, it was a bathroom converted into a room without a window and I paid money, no windows at all, they did apologies and argued that it was shown to me without windows!

I paid for the cleaning service but it was never arranged !

Never rent from them and be careful when they do it online as they will show you a great room but would let you a rubbish

Avoid any renting from these criminals

Avoid any renting from these criminals,

This agency is dreadful, I never saw them, just communicated online, Ravi showed me the room online and it looked brilliant, I decided to go through the agency, I signed the contract when I arrived , I found the place in the dreadful condition, the room was smelly, dirty with a broken bed, no bulbs, the rubbish scattered around the room,

Noone could come to clean the room but I paid for the cleaning,

Then I started calling Ravi and Daniel, no answers, sent emails, they returned, I could not reach anyone, It looked they appeared when they wanted to collect money, snd disappeared again

It is absolutely dreadful experience, avoid any renting from them

This company is extremely bad and should be prosecuted

This company is not bad , it is the worst what any tenants could imagine, they ask random people to write the review how good they are, to increase the rating, the agents do not live in UK, I am not taking about landlords , I am talking about the agents who represent the landlords and physically should be in the country and I am curious who allowed them to operate being outside the country

They do not have any connections with country at all , no residence, ( agents do not have any confirmed residence in the country who try to collect money from the tenants) no any citizenship which can confirm that they could operate ,

Daniel Bilandjija should be prosecuted for such deeds as collecting and making business without having any confirmed residential status in the country and Ravi, ( it is another representative of this dreadful company who try to earn as he could advertising the property through spare room non stop

They do not have any connections with England at all

This company registered on Christopher John Bovill who is the shadow of this company ( real owner) and cover the deeds of these criminals in the face of Daniel and Ravi
Christopher John Bovill either get sime money from the criminal in the face of Daniel or just have the past friendship with him

Otherwise this criminal Daniel would not be allowed to operate any business as a person does not have the necessary investments

It is wild horror

SharedPads was a great landlord

SharedPads was a great landlord.
The flatmates were friendly & sociable.
Great hot water.
The Fulham is a sociable & upmarket area to live. The flat was ex council but the location more then made up for it.
The deposit (deposited with a deposit scheme) was refunded in reasonable time.
Many thanks & I would use again.

Fantastic private renting agency

Fantastic private renting agency, very helpful. Its very easy to approach and communicate through designated whatsapp group. 24hrs emergency direct contact and get response within 5 minutes. Any issues we had relating to maintenance of the property or any fault with fittings and fixtures reported was dealt promptly. Very fair and flexible on renting T&Cs, no hidden or changing costs and no deductions at the end of tenancy. Very helpful at the end of tenancy and deposit was refunded within matter of no time. Would have loved to have stayed for more time but have to move back after completion of studies. If every have chance to come back and rent will definitely be renting with SharedPads.
Would highly Recommend. A++

I rented from SharedPads and I rate…

I rented from SharedPads and I rate them highly for their flexibility & relaxed way of letting. I had virtually 24 hour access via dedicated WhatsApp Groups if I had any building issue to my flat. I shared with 4 flatmates that were carefully vetted by SharedPads like myself & hopefully I have made lifetime friends with them. I did not want to commit to renting for 12 months & my contract allowed me to leave at anytime as long as I found a suitable replacement flatmate. Sharing allowed me to share bills & cut down my monthly bills. I was please the fast fibre optic internet is organised by SharedPads so I had it immediately on moving in. I am delighted to recommend this company to other professional travellers.

Avoid ever entering into a contract…

Avoid ever entering into a contract with sharedpads. Thier customer service and contracts are illegal and they have taken money from me. I put a holding deposit down in December on a 6 month contract for a room and then they send me a 9 month contract written to not be a primary residence. After much discussion the 10 days has elapsed and I said I didn't want the room but want my money back as I put a holding deposit down on a diffrent understand of tenency period. They refused to send me it back and were unpleasant. I have the full email discussion and will be reporting them to the ombusmenen and citizens advice in a month or so.

I lived in a SharedPads property for 3…

I lived in a SharedPads property for 3 months, it was an awful experience. The amount of problems with the property was extraordinary, and the landlord and the agency didn't care to fix any of these issues and would continuously ignore us.

AVOID!!! WORST LANDLORDS IN LONDON. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I totally agree with Eddy's comment. These guys are cowboys, hide information from tenants to then steal your deposit at the end of your tenancy. Here are the reasons to avoid SHAREDPADS at all costs!

1. I was told that bills were included in my rental fee each month. Only when I left the tenancy were these bills deducted from my deposit without any prior notification.

2. Any issues with the property are not properly dealt with and therefore the issue will keep reoccurring as they are too cheap to spend on proper maintenance and repair jobs. One guy had a leaking sky light for over a year.

3. A housemate was living in unlivable conditions only for his messages to the agency to be ignored and was given no alternative living arrangement. The person was forced to live outside the house for around 2 weeks as the issue wasn't being dealt with properly.

4. On multiple occasions, the builders would enter rooms in the house without giving prior notice.

5. The agency staff are extremely rude and disrespectful.

6. Agency staff DO NOT check online advertisements for the rooms (e.g spareroom.com) therefore they are not responsible for misinformation stated on advertisements.

In summary, if you don't want to have to deal with these kinds of headaches, avoid SharedPads properties.
