Battery pack died soon after it…

Battery pack died soon after it arrived, they sent me a replacement that worked for a few months, but now refuses to charge. I am done with SHARGEEK. 100% failure rate.
In comparison I have about 5 Anker battery banks, all still working fine over about 10 years.

What a gathering of scammers.

What a gathering of scammers.
I bought a power bank from them and apart from the fact they took 2 weeks to ship it, the power bank does not work nowhere near as described. It interrupts charging, has half the capacity and it does not stick to the back of the phone.
I bought the powerbank from the official store so is not a fake product.
Their customer support is nonexistent. They will vaguely answer back and find ways to avoid direct answers.
I sent them videos of the non working product, wrote them multiple times but they refuse to take action.
The power bank is clearly defective but yeah...good luck with any action from their end.

Avoid this company. They have good marketing but is a clever scam.

A Total Disappointment

I bought the Sharge MagSafe power bank for my iPhone 14 Pro, but I was greatly disappointed. The power bank is simply too big for the iPhone 14 Pro and doesn’t even stick properly to the device – which is a complete deal-breaker for a MagSafe power bank. Additionally, the RGB fan cannot be turned off, unnecessarily draining energy and being quite annoying.

Another issue is the charging itself: The power bank constantly connects and disconnects, making it practically unusable for reliable charging.

When I noticed these defects and wanted to return the power bank, the trouble with customer support started. They first requested a picture of the power bank to check its condition. After that, I was told that I couldn’t return it because I had already opened the packaging. Even after I informed them about the right of withdrawl (you have 14 days to retrn a product without any reason) that consumers have in Germany, the support team still refused to accept it. On top of that, the support takes at least 2 days to respond – often 3 to 4 days (i have been messaging them for 2 weeks now) – and the responses are short and unhelpful.

Overall, this has been a very bad and frustrating experience. My recommendation: Do not buy from Sharge!

Horrible help from support, very long times and no solution.

I was a fan of Sharge products and even participated in several fundings of their new products. Everything had been good, lately I bought a 100W Charging Station and had a very bad experience. The product came USED, damaged, which did not bother me much because as I said, I am a fan of the brand and its products. The worst thing was when I tried to use it, the usb c ports had itermietence and never worked. And YES, I tried many many different cables. The most obnoxious part is that the support is dedicated to questioning you and not believing you. I have not been able to date to get a good answer or help to change my product. I have had a very bad experience, as I said, all the products were good, but the bad taste in my mouth makes me distrustful to continue buying from this company that seemed promising.

Scammers

Got told to cancel a dispute to get a replacement when I wanted a refund.That they only reissue and dont do refunds when clearly they have it on their own website. SCAMMERS stay away specially from the 130w slim storm. Mine was faulty I sended videos and photos and still they wanted to do a reissue because they dont do refund what croocks!

All looks no substance

All looks no substance. I’m really disappointed especially given cost and delivery times. Heavy portable charger, clunky and unnecessary user interface. The retro adaptor is pointless as when actually in use, the led screen faces down so you can’t see it. Save your money and don’t buy.

Poor

Sent this email over a week ago. I’ve currently owned my Storm2 for 3 months now and am having difficulties with it, it’s self discharging even without any attached cords. I’m wondering if I could please send it back for a replacement or a repair? Received an email requesting a video and then sent back troubleshooting advice I UNDERTOOK the trouble shooting on video and got the same response prior to the 3rd email! I’m at a loss here, can I either have it fixed or can I have a replacement and please!?

Just based on my experience I’d say don’t waste your money on one of their products. But based on the reddit forums and reviews, I’d say I was the silly one for forking out the cash for one of their products.

Chinese scammers. Renamed their company twice.

FYI they rebranded themselves twice. And this is a Chinese company. I wrote this on their website as well.
I bought the item from an online retailer, not them. The Shargeek 100 stopped working after 10 charges. Just refused to charge. Contacted their email ‘hotline’ who didn’t reply after 48 hours as promised. Ansley (their CS) told me to charge for 8 hours with a more than 30W charger, I used a 95W charger. After 8 hours charging (and overheating so I had to constantly be vigilant it didn’t explode/ burn my house down) nothing changed. Updated to Ansley and then she told me since I didn’t buy the item through their website they cant help anymore. Which I might as well dump the item in the garbage bin. Despite the item being original while not buying directly for them I have no warranty rights what so ever.
Concluded this is a small company who is not ready to become big, Despite their GLOBAL social media presence and having their items sold in every online store available; they want everyone to buy DIRECTLY from their small store. You buy a Phillips from a third party retailer, as long as its original they would entertain you. Same as Sony, Apple, Samsung, etc. You buy an IPhone from a retailer? Sure they can service you. Shargeek? or Sharge? No. You have to buy directly from their house. Forget buying from Amazon, or whatever online retailer. For these guys, you might as well buy from a street vendor or buy a fake item.
NOT RECOMMENDED. Get your stuff from valid big companies, not from these guys

Customer Support wouldnt pay for the return label of the dead device but they have to pay for shipping a new device.. which they first will done ones they have the dead device...

Exceent marketting, pure scammers

As others said excellent marketing. Bought a starship seer, it would show the wrong percentage so you would "have" 40% and it shuts off. Customer service asks for proof i send videos i want a working one but they cannot provide it so i ask for a refund( mind you all within their timing as stated on the web) Nont only they didnt uphold their terms and conditions and not refund me the money i paid to send it back but they didnt even do a refund of the initial shipping costs, contrary to their terms.. pure scammers

Excellent marketing

Excellent marketing, creative design, bad product. Capsule gravity is supposed to have 5000 mAh, but it charges an iphone 14 pro Max between 15% and 30%. I don’t think it’s a 5000 mAh capacity.

Slow delivery, faulty product, poor customer service

I Received the device after very long waiting time, but was looking forward to a one powerbank to cover all my travelling needs, PC, Ipad, Iphone and apple watch.

When the product finally arrived I experience troubles charging my iphone 14 Pro and my applewatch, sometimes it works, sometimes not and no pattern of why. Ipad seems to work most of the time. When contacting customer service I get a constant run-around. Try this, try that, the product is ok, you are using it wrong etc. All complete crap. latest version, if you charge the apple watch do it alone on C2, and do not use C1 and C2 at the same time. Its a 200 USD+ product advertised to be used for 3 devices at the same time. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR ITS PRODUCTS TO ANYBODY. Utterly waste of money. Buy a cheap powerbank instead of an over engineered product which does not do the job

I am not happy with my purchase and you are ignoring my emails. Screen is too small to read, plastic case istoo soft and scratches by just cleaning it and menu system is rubbish. Please provide return address for a refund.

dead after 3 cycles...

mid of 2022, I purchased the storm 2.
after only 2 charge cycles, the display suddenly turned off. I unscrewed the cover and found a reset button. pressing the button, relights the display. so I charged and switched off.
next time I wanted to use it, it was already (magic?) turned on and the remaining capacity was at 45 percent only. okay - I activated 18V DC out and used until it switched off. now even a re-charge or/and pressing reset does not help. it is dead. better do not waste your money with products from shargeek...
