Great service, turn around is quick and quick responses. Ian was so helpful when one of my scissors was damaged by another sharpener, explained everything to me and did all he could to ensure I wasn’t without a working scissor. I’ve bought a number of scissors from Ian now and they all cut like butter. Thanks again.

Amazing service. I ordered two pairs of scissors and one pair didn't feel quite right, like they were catching so I returned them and they we sent back out super fast. To be honest, I didn't even know they'd arrived with them, let along be fixed and returned. They feel amazing. The curved scissors I bought have made a huge difference to my grooms already and I can't wait to use the fluffers. Really impressive service . Polite and thorough!

I purchased scissors from sharperedges and after a short time of use I experienced a fault with them .
I contacted the owner politely to explain the fault . The response was quite shocking , it was dismissive and accusational and frankly rude. I was accused of damaging them myself and this company has no idea about customer service or aftercare . I have subsequently spoken to other groomers who have experienced the same rudeness . Very dissatisfied I’ll never use again .

I think the owner of sharperedges has a very obnoxious attitude towards his customers. I have never seen such poor customer service. Sarcastic replies, self pity posts and unprofessionalism. I was blocked for asking a question on his Facebook group, and wasn't given a reason why even after messaging him, I was completely ignored. I'm really Cross I even bought his scissors and supported his business now. I haven't left this review to tarnish his business, but to hopefully raise awareness of how he actually makes his customers feel. There are a lot of groomers talking, and many have been blocked for daft reasons by him. I think he needs to take a step off his high horse, and mend his attitude and actually appreciate what customers he has left. Because without us, he wouldn't have a business. And drop the smug smile faces after the sarcastic comments to customers, it's cringe.

Amazing scissors that makes your job so much easier and faster and they leave a beautiful finish

I love my scissors from sharper edges. I have the fluffers and the curved flip flops, they have helped change my grooms dramatically! Would highly recommend these. Quick delivery and helpful team through Facebook. I will use them going forward for future scissor purchases, good quality at a good price.

I’ve ordered a number of items from Sharperedges. Ian is extremely professional, items arrive well packaged and swiftly. He is very generous with his knowledge and time and has helped me out no end in understanding how better to look after and maintain my equipment.
All the scissors I have bought have been excellent, sharp and great to use. He really knows his market and takes on board groomers comments to try and find them the equipment they need at the price they want to pay.
