We would like to clarify that your first order was processed as a regular wholesale order, not as a drop ship order. At Sharp Import LLC, we do not offer drop shipping services. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, shipments are sent with the end customer’s name along with Sharp Import LLC listed as the shipper.
Regarding the second order, it was canceled to avoid any potential misunderstanding with your customer. Our intention was not to interfere with your business in any way. As previously communicated, we do operate a separate platform specifically designed for drop shipping services, and we had shared that information with you for future reference.
Additionally, as confirmed by Jay from our customer service team, your Premium Membership refund is being processed today.
