This is seeming like a scam. On 3/23/26 I paid 3 day express shipping for an order of 10 partition brackets. They email me saying they only have 7, no word on if they are sending them or not. I've emailed countless times, and their phone number is clearly not really connected to the business. I would like a refund, but worried I've been scammed out of my money. They will not respond in a timely manner, and give vague responses when someone does answer. Steer clear.

Received two orders of the same incorrect items. They would not send me a tag to return the items. They said to return them and they would refund the items and shipping. I checked tracking. They received the items. Still no refund. They said they're looking for my return in the warehouse. It's not my fault they lost the package. (or did they?) No one ever answers the phone. You might get an email response with empty promises after multiple emails are sent. Awful company. Beware! Scam Artists.

Ordered a part, heard nothing about shipping. Emailed them they said part was out of stock would I like to wait or get refund. Said I needed part fast so refund. It's been over 2 weeks and no refund. They just keep telling me refund is being processed

worst customer service ever. sent wrong product refuses refund. dozens of emails sent they just keep dragging it out

Placed an order with them and after 1 month the order is still in processing status. No replies from them after i emailed them too. Probably a scam website.
