These people are unreliable
These people are unreliable, seem to like locking you out of your account and not transferring funds out of your account as instructed.Announce 35 minute waiting time to answer the phone, unacceptable when I’ve got circa £300 k invested for nearly ten years. They tell you that they have transferred your money when they haven’t. They give you incorrect information and are not trustworthy, I’m going to start legal proceedings.

Usual excellent service from Shawbrook
Usual excellent service from Shawbrook, when my ISA matured. Very easy to check and switch to a new product. Very good communication at all times during the process. Reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because there are a few other companies out there with ISA rates slightly higher. I have had good service from Shawbrook for a number of years but decided to stay.

They were giving good interest rates for your investment amount. When I had a finance issue they sorted it out for me. You can connect with someone (in person) when you phone.
