Why can't everything be this straight forward!?
After years (literally) of trying to find a supplier in North America both able and willing to sell us a rare hydrogen sensor, I finally came across ShawCity in the UK. And then the process was simple! I should have looked abroad soon. Thank you Gavin and ShawCity.

Amazing Service
Shawcity were a lifesaver when we urgently needed 50ppm ammonia gas that no one else had in stock. They managed to get it delivered directly from their supplier just in time for a tight deadline. Huge thanks to Emma for going above and beyond to make it happen! excellent service all round!

Generally good service
Generally delivered on promises. I had cancelled an order with another supplier who didnt deliver on their promise, but Shaw City did deliver.

Very long lead time not explained when purchasing product
I ordered an item with high value from their website. A staff later emailed me saying that the item is out of stock and they have to order from manufacture, so won't be available until next 5-6 weeks. I expressed dissapointment as this information was not given on their website at the time of order. I asked whether any way they can speed up the process. They said they would get back to me the next day, but they didn't

We also apologise that you did not receive a reply when it had been promised. As a team we take genuine pride in our high levels of customer service. We investigated internally and the colleague in question hadn't received an update from the manufacturer by that point, but should have contacted you with an update nevertheless. We hope you were happy with the follow-up responses you then received from our team.
After years of not feeling quite right…
After years of not feeling quite right being in a room for more than 90 mins I checked the Co2 levels. It has no window but I did put ventilation. My calculation seems not to have accounted for the impact of talking. The monitor has clarified things completely. Prompt delivery easy set up.
