Starting with the driver Neil, very friendly helpful explained everything what was happening on the trip, coach very clean and comfortable the hotel The Norbreck Scarborough, looks a little tired needs a refurb bur rooms was clean bed very comfortable The management James meet the coach with all information that we needed, very friendly and helpful, could not do even to help he was fantastic Then there was the chef he went above and beyond he went the extra mile to make sure we was all happy with our meals, you couldn't ask for anything more 11out of 10
