Ordering easy and delivered on time. Quality looks good although small greenhouse hadn't been built yet.

Not very professional.
I ordered a shed. 5 to 10 working days.
Phoned repeatedly along the way. Very little acknowledgement and just delays.
By day 14 I had to cancel for a refund.
Be aware, these guys sell on behalf of... they dont hold stock.

Had a bright and engaging introduction from the team of delivery men (Garry T & Gary E). Very polite, funny, professional. Went above and beyond with general advise of the protection and care of the items both pre- and post-installation. They left a very good impression of the company.

Flexible - at a cost
I ordered a 3mx4m Conservatory kit but my builder told me it was not allowed to overlap a downstairs lavatory window so I had to swap it for a (cheaper) 3mx3m kit instead. The price differential should have covered the collection and delivery costs but I got charged several hundred for the swap.

My shed was delivered and left outside my front door super early in the morning where someone could steal it. I received an email at 4am on the day saying that the delivery slot would be between 7-9am, however obviously I didn't see it until the morning of. I woke up at 7.30am and as I switch my phone off at night I didn't receive a phone call, when I woke up I saw it outside, however no-one thought to ring the doorbell. I called back to request the driver come back to help me as it's a two man job to bring the shed through to the garden and they refused. They didn't offer any compensation either. I am very unhappy with the service, they were not helpful at all and I even emailed a few days prior to check on delivery date and time. The delivery even took longer than the promised 5-10 business days.

The website is really easy to use and placing the order was hassle free.

Went for the better quality sheds paid the money only to receive probably the worst built sheds I’ve ever seen never been so disappointed with a product ,iv supplying fit sheds for a living would never buy from this company again, would not even consider looking or helping with issues only wanted me to take down and send back please don’t get caught out with these cow boys

There was an issue with delivery, not Shedstores fault, original shed was damaged in transit, and had to be returned to Yardstore. This put delivery back. Myself nor Shedstore were informed about this. I contacted shedstore sales enquiries, and Abbie responded quickly and explained why there was a delay.
Abbie kept in touch, until shed had been delivered, and was most helpful, even offered a gesture of goodwill for delay.

Excellent when telephoning before purchasing. The young lady I spoke to was extremely helpful which enabled me to directly place an order.

I had a few issues with my shedstore order for a Shire Barnsdale log cabin. Originally purchased in May 26 with a promised 5 week delivery, it was delayed several times – eventually arriving in August. Communication during the delays was unreliable and often at late notice. This meant I had to deal direct with the manufacturer (Shire) to expedite delivery. This was problematic as I had a landscape company already booked to carry out installation as part of a program of garden work.
When the cabin did arrive, the recommended preservative treatment part of the order was missing.
I had to query this and was told it’s out of stock. I pointed out that I should have been notified of that much earlier. At least I was then able to get a refund and secure it direct from Timmersol some 33% cheaper !
Whilst I’m satisfied with the assembled cabin now I do have some concerns over build quality, so we’ll see how that pans out with the weather over time.
