Great service ...on time delivery pleasant staff I would recommend this company and I will be using them again

Customer service great, delivery great, only disappointment is that the floor is weak/soft and I am having to get an extra deep chipboard to make a firmer floor.

Bought a 10 x 6 Ft shed, good quality and fairly easy to assemble even for a novice DIY person ( Will need help with the roof section ). Delivery on time which is rare these days. Delivery Driver was vey helpful and even phoned ahead to inform me of ETA. Love the shed, would recommend Sheds warehouse.

No real customer service.I was never contacted with delivery time,asked for morning two weeks before delivery and didn't get morning. Nice delivery driver but not happy with quality of shed either ,filmed floor not very think.

ordering excellent, delivery excellent, installing excellent, very pleased with the services provided..........a little disappointed with the shed quality, but i suppose you get what you pay for, it just feels a bit flimsy, but it looks good, i may have to insulate it to strengthen things up a bit, overall i am pleased.

THis shed was in the higher price bracket and I was looking for quality.
The lady who dealt with the order was great, the delivery system was fine and the driver excellent. So far up to expectations.

However when I started to errect the shed...
*The base was flimsy and even though it was on a firm base it flexed, because it only had struts running one way. When you stood between them it wobbled.
*Some of the wall sections had holes where the knots had fallen out.
*The instructions were inadequate.
*The roof ridge was not a shaped peice of wood but two standard pieces that didn't fit together to make the required shape. Consequently the roof didn't fir properly and I had to design a fix.
*The side panels didn't fit well' had no predrilled holes and pilots and required a lot of work with mastic. The consequence of this was:
*The doors didn't fit and had to be trimmed.
*Although it was pressure treated there were dire warnings about if you dont treat it on errection and every year then no guarantee. The web site said ten year guarantee.

Despite all this I worked around and have it built. Dont have a great deal of satisfaction or confidence now but I needed it quickly so couldn't mess with sending it back.

Service was OK. (Delivery driver was excellent!) The product was extremely poor quality. It was the lower end of the price range, but you can actually see through the gaps in the panels, and I had to insert extra strengthening components as it lacks rigidity. Disappointed

Decent value for money, but they could do with better quality control. Thrir help line is good

First class service from start to finish! Ordering online was so easy and was telephoned within 24 hours to arrange delivery. Ordered on Sunday and delivered by Wednesday....can’t get better service than that!!! Delivery driver was also friendly and carried everything in to back garden for me.

I have not received my shed yet as it was out of stock but I received a call about my order and I felt the level of attention to my requirements was first class so I am optimistic about my purchase so far

The delivery is no due yet but as for customer service and any queries or change to orders these guys are excellent and prompt to respond. I would recommend using them.

You get what you pay for! The shed is up and running, but the parts are shoddy. The delivery man was charming, efficient and gets full marks. However, with hindsight, I recommend spending more money and get a better finished product.
