I received my goods as expected but they are faulty and definitely fake Tom’s - I should have known by the price

The insoles were completely detached from the shoe and are unwearable. These are definitely not authentic Toms

Would not recommend

The product is cheap and so disappointing. Do not order from them. And their sizes are not US standard. Trust me when I say, you will regret spending your money on their clothes.

This company seems to be a scam. I ordered 2 Tops from them and only received one. I have sent them emails but I'm not getting a response. The one top I got was small for the xL I ordered and it was poor quality.

Sheinfancy, also listed as Shinefancy, is a scam. I ordered one top that was supposed to be shipped in 7-15 days. It is now 2 1/2 months in and I have been told by their customer support to be patient - it's on it's way. I've tried to cancel the order when not received after 5 weeks but again was told to be patient. I'm not optimistic that I will ever receive anything. Don't order anything from this company.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I have tried to return items for over two weeks, emailing them everyday & messaging them every day. Finally after two weeks this is the reply I got from them. My invoice was over $130 and they still will not give me a return address!
SHINEFANCY’S REPLY: We are sorry to hear that ,but as our policy states, our customers are responsible for the returning shipping fee if they want to return/ exchange the item because the item they choose did’n meet their expectation.So maybe you will need to know about shipment fee to Nanjing city Jiangsu province in China.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, odorless with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered, will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Would it be a considerable solution if we refund $15 to your payment account as compensation while you keep the items and send them to your friends or Charity as a gift?Normally fully refund require too much time (about 1 month shipment + 1 month accounting issue).We usually offer credits or partial refund as compensation which is way faster an easy.

This company has ripped me off over a $100. Ask to return because they were alk to small by there chart by 3to 6 inches. They offered $3.00 said no then $5.00 said no then $7.00 said no. Full refund they said no. This had been going on for over 65 day. They informed me my time was up and they blocked me do l can't contact them now. FACEBOOK YOUR HELPING THESE COMPANY'S TO TAKE OUR MONEY AND NOT FOLLOW THERE OWN REFUND POLICY THAT THEY HAVE TO HAVE TO BE IN MARKETPLACE FOR FACEBOOK. THERE IS A COMPANY SELLING SUMMER SHOE I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE 45.00 THERE $100 WITH SHINE FANCY.
As of June 21st 2019 FACEBOOK has removed them from the market place for selling and paypal has gotten my money back. Win-win. This review is for Shine Fancy Clothing for women. They have change there name to get back on Marketplace to: Shein Fancy. Same company just change there name. To many bad reviews and screwing us out of our money. The have no rights to stop review of them. I will post there email if you all would like to read them.

Shine Fancy is a complete scam! Don't be fooled by the cute pictures their sizes are not US sizes and are tiny! I ordered $145 worth of tops and the ones I've received might fit a 10 year old but not a grown woman. Now they want to charge me $35 return fee for each top! Or I keep the tops and they'll credit me $9! Lesson learned I've been screwed and am out almost $150.
