THE WORST, SO SO BAD, HORRIBLE, BAD PEOPLE, BAD SERVICE, BAD EVERYTHING!! DONT BUY, BOUGHT A DRESS AND IT WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT EVEN THE SAME, THE DRESS THAT ARRIVED WAS SO POOR IN QUALITY. THEY OFFERED TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK IF I RETURED THE DREES WITCH I HAD TO SEND BACK ND COSTED ME 15€, PLUS THE 33€ FROM THE DREES. IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS AND THEY NEVER GAVE MY MONEY BACK ALTHOUGH THEY ALWAYS ANSWER AT THE EMAILS. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered a dress waited months although they assured me with badly written emails. Eventually asked for a refund. Nothing ..sill waiting three months later. Total thieves. Do not buy . Terrible. I would recommend always looking at reviews of theses to good to be true cheap websites. I lost only £40. Which is alot to me. Live and learn and let it go.😊

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It's fraude.. They use pictures from the internet and you get very poor quality. They do not accept any returning packages through DHL, FedEx, UPS or any other expedite shipping methods but offer you an amount of money of 20% and you can keep the stuff. Still you won't get any money back.

Don’t ever order something from this site, it’s a scam. I have awful experience with the place where I ordered a grad dress back in February, and was told it would take 15 working days to arrive. It’s now May and it’s still not come. Emailing them is pointless cause they say the same thing over and over again and they now have me blocked on insta from commenting on their posts. DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Don't get in their trap! I have very bad experience with this company. They are selling fake clothes - damaged, with some dirt on it. The fabric are cheap synthetic.. When I asked to get my money back they just write me plenty of messages where they promise to put my case in emergency list and than dissappeared. And at last they just deleted our chat. Awful servise and total fraud and scam.

I never do reviews but I just created an account just to write one about this fake company to warn as many people as possible. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY !!! YOU WILL JUST LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. DON'T BE VICTIMS OF THEIR SCAM!!

Almost everything of this business is fake. The photos of the dresses are fake, the pop-up reviews of glowing feedback on their website are made up (there is in fact no provision for you to provide feedback for the product once purchased), the staff members who interact with you has their FB account deleted after a few days, their prices are inflated to deceive you thinking perhaps they are of good quality. Buying from this fake Chinese business will continue to enable these appalling vendors to get away with making a profit through ripping off trusting overseas customers. 0.5 out of 5 stars, not even 1.

I bought a dress that was rubbish quality and I decided to send this back, I was told to offer the dress to a friend as a gift instead of returning it.

I was then told I could only send this by a local post office! Now I know why they do this, so that they can claim that they don't receive the item to issue you a refund.

I keep getting emails to tell me to be patient, but they haven't received the dress.

Liars....and thieves.

DO NOT BUY from here. Clothes are damaged, discoloured and soaking wet when they arrived and some didn't arrive at all.

Ordered a dress that took 6 weeks to arrive despite the suggested 2-3 week delivery time.

The dress did arrive but looked nothing like the photo. Different fabric and pattern. Almost unrecognisable as the same dress. Customer service then tried to fob me off by saying it was lighting and photographic techniques causing the differences which anyone could see was not true.

I have since heard that this online shop use photos from other (more expensive websites) and then recreate the dresses and send you their version.

Total scam. AVOID.

I bought something in November, never got anything... now it's March and I still didn't get my money back!! such crap!!!

I have bought clothes twice in this store. The delivery speed of each time is faster and the clothes fit well.

The dress was very beautiful and exactly the same as the one in the photo. Great quality and the size was perfect. I really recommend this seller.

I ordered 2 items from sheinto back in Nov. No response from them despite multiple emails regarding the whereabouts of my order. I raised a claim with the Paypal Resolution Centre in January. Sheinto sent the tracking info for 1 of the items on 17 Jan, which I received today 9 Feb. The item they sent does not look like the image on the website. The fabric is not even the same pattern. Still waiting for a decision on my dispute from Paypal. Hopefully I will get a refund. I do not recommend buying anything from sheinto as they are scammers. They have no intention of delivering your items!

I ordered a jacket on 6th December. It was supposed to arrive 2-3 weeks. I sent many messages via email and their website, which were ignored. FAKE COMPANY! SCAM! AVOID Shinto.com
People like this deserve to go to prison!

I bought something on Black Friday (26th Nov. 2018). I got a message it will come in 10-15 Business days.
Today it's 23th december.
I got nothing until today.
No reaction of my mails.
