I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. This was my second order, and I chose to buy from you again because my first bracelet was excellent and felt secure and well-made. I had even seen the same bracelet available in the UK for less, but I trusted your quality based on my previous experience.

Unfortunately, this bracelet has been a huge letdown. It keeps coming undone on its own, and I almost lost it yesterday. For something at this price point, especially after paying high delivery charges. I expected much better craftsmanship and durability.

The thread knot feels cheap and poorly finished which is why it keeps loosening. It is very surprising given how satisfied I was with my first purchase. I chose to order from you again because I believed in your quality, but this time the product simply does not meet expectations.

Very disappointing.

Product arrived nothing like my order. Locket was the wrong colour and the chain was also different to that I had ordered. I only give the extra star as customer service were very good and refunded the product price. I still had to pay the postage unfortunately.

The ring picture was off to the left. Was not clear, absolutely dissatisfied.

Ordered two weeks ago still not arrived!!!!

They said my parcel was delivered but it was No where to be found! I emailed Sheown and they declined to help me. I had to contact Australia Post and request a photo of the delivery to locate my parcel.
I would NOT recommend them because the delivery is NOT secure. The product itself was what I ordered.

Terrible customer service. Paid £10 for express delivery and it took 6 days to arrive. Sheown refused to refund the delivery cost.

The product i ordered is just as imagined and was delivered successfully within specified timescales which I was able to monitor through the tracking processes. Very happy with the full purchase and delivery experience
