Very poor block management company as you never get any answers to the questions you ask. When they take over the block management after buying another company out the first thing they do is increase the management charge. It's extremely hard to speak to anybody in relation to problems so overall get rid of as soon as possible or stay well clear.

I spoke with them regarding a commercial property which had become available and asked a few questions about the property. They asked me a few questions about mine, fair enough. However they did not seem to grasp what the business entailed (education / retail) so I gave more information to them. I was informed that they would speak with the owner of the property and get back to me. They didn't. I waited and still no communication from them within the time that they said they would make contact. I contacted them and the person who answered said that they guy I had spoken with was currently unavailable - clearly not the case as I overheard him telling her to tell me he wasn't there. Rude! I never did hear anything back but quite clearly from lack of communication and rudeness, I certainly will not ever be doing business with this company. What a sheer and disgraceful attitude. Perhaps the person I had been talking to could not understand my business and therefore did not ask the owner, he doesn't have to understand a business, just understand an industry and the class of business, but he could have had the decency to inform me, if this was the case. Hiding from potential customers is pathetic especially when they are respectful and polite whatever their business and whether you like or dislike that particular business yourself. Fortunately if home buying / selling or commercial renting / buying / selling in the future I most certainly will not be going with this unprofessional estate agent.
