My experience at Sherwoods Peugeot Durham was great from start to finish. Alan was helpful and attentive, but never made me feel pressured. He listened to my budget and what I was looking for, and made sure to help me get those things. I genuinely feel appreciated as a customer and would happily buy me next car from this dealership again.

I can however respond to your request for feedback, in the following way.
The service provided by your sales person was exceptional (Tayler Matthews), and process the availabilty of the car we wished to purchase; that he reported that had recently thought to have being purchsed by another person.
Upon following this up we were informed that the car was still available.
We immediately purchaced the car must therefore congatulate Sherwoods on the customer service provision.

Garages don't have a good reputation. Sherwoods makes you question why - great to deal with, honest, up front and always seeking to do the right thing even when they knew I was a customer from out of town so unlikely to use them again. Can't praise them enough

Friends from this place, when buying a car, be careful, before paying, check the car's miles and services to see if they have been done. With my car, they lied to me about the real miles of the car and told me before giving me the car that the service had been done. If you look at the pictures, you will understand that the car's service was done at 29,232 miles and not 36,000 miles. And the documents say that I bought the car at 29,232 miles, but on the dashboard of my car it says 35,284 miles
I chose this car because it has low miles on the clock and that it has been serviced. And now they lied to me about the miles on the car and I need to get it serviced soon and that will cost me more money.

2nd time I have bought a car from here. Great communication throughout sale. Definitely return. Thanks to paul for helping me choose the right car for me. He was very helpful.
