I have made many purchases for my individual closet collection. The quality is usually good, but they do not allow on site reviews (per Jennifer) to get advice about particular sizing info from other buyers!! Jennifer and her CS are ridiculously terrible especially for any returns. Even with the last 2 orders ALL items were size small and HUGE and she fought me on it even after I sent her a multitude of pictures at her request showing a tape measure on them with the sizing. The sizing chart was actually measured as their XL. She eventually said she would refund both orders, but it has been 6 days and nothing!! I contacted her again and she said they “changed their minds” and will NOT be refunding me!! I have asked numerous times for her superior’s info and she will not answer either by email nor how we’ve been corresponding on WhatsApp. (I’ve also tried to contact Ashley) She also wants to try to charge you to ship back to China (like $70 after I’ve already paid that to ship TO me) when it’s all shipped from CA. Jennifer has the worst CS and it is terribly impossible for an individual to shop with them, therefore I am done‼️‼️‼️
