Bought from shimmery glo on 22/04/26, still waiting. I've sent them countless emails to check on delivery, their contact number just goes to voicemail. I only checked the reviews on their website and no where else. Who do you contact to complain about these scammers?

Please be very careful of any of these products! I bought a wrinkle core stick! It’s 100 percent from China. It’s small and lasts up to three days!

I also bought the package of 2 for R795.00 only got one. It’s like lip ice completely wasted my money! Have contacted them still waiting for them to assist.

Please do not waste your hard earned money on this!

Scam!! I wanted to order their body foundation, R949 went off of my account twice and no order confirmation was received. I contacted them, the number supplied goes to voice-mail, they replied on FB basically telling me that it is my problem and then they ignored my messages. I then saw all of their products are on sale at Temu for under R200. Basically I paid just under R2000 for nothing, money down the drain.

I tried contacting them no answer my payment was received with no update of my order. When I tried checking my order it says my reference is not recognised,this is shit services

I placed an order for a honey coloured instant anti wrinkle cream and received a thin white lotion which did absolutely nothing. Do I feel like a chump? Yes, I do. How can this place still be in business?

Definitely a waste of money, ordered the eye cream for R665 does not work!
Not only that I noticed the brand name Eelhoe, products sold on Temu, same eye cream I could have paid R53 for!
Im pretty sure whatever products they advertise you will find on Temu for a fraction of the price, they will definitely not be receiving my business again, Shimmy Glo, shame on you!

I've ordered from ShimmeryGlo 15 November 2025 (Saturday) and after my order went through, I've decided to see what other customers have to say...
I saw all the bad remarks from people stating that they did not receive their parcels and then I got jittery.
ShimmeryGlo did send me an order confirmation email on the day I've ordered 15 November 2025 and then I decided to email them the same day to hear if my parcel will be received in time. I've emailed them again on 19 November 2025 (Wednesday) asking about how long the parcel will take to reach me.

Bella from ShimmeryGlo did respond to my email (later than expected), on 20 November 2025 (Thursday), saying sorry for the delay in responding to my email and that they will despatch my parcel that same day and they did.

I also got all the emails from the courier (Internet express) from this day forward, updating me about tracking my parcel until it was delivered.

Thanks Bella, my parcel was received safe and sound.

If ShimmeryGlo ever read this review they should consider the following advice:
Shimmeryglo should change the information on their advertisements, stating that the items will arrive between 10-15 business days (not between 2-3 days)
They should keep their customers updated so that the customer do not have to send email enquiries about when the products will be received. Rather respond to emails quicker - within 24 or 48 hours after receiving an order or email from a client.

Then, put the physical address of the company on the website with a contact name and contact number or whats app number that will be responded to within a day or 2.

Terrible customer service, I purchased my products a week ago and despite the site saying it takes 1-2 days delivery did not receive it. I also got no response to 2 emails and 2 messages left on their website. The number provided on the site is always busy and I have no way of finding out any information on the delivery.

If I could give no star, I would. Ordered on 30 Oct, my order is not even shipped yet!!! No one replies to my emails.

I cannot even submit a refund request!! This feels like a scam.

I recently wrote a post about not receiving my item . I have received it . Only the product looks cheaper than what we paying for , this item can be purchased for much cheaper

I bought ShimmeryGlo GlowSilk™ — Instant Body Coverage Cream. The colour chart is very misleading on their website. I ordered the golden radiance but it is the same colour of the deep radiance on the colour chart. This is pathetic!!!!! The name of the colour is not even on the tube to make sure you received the colour you ordered. You can only see the colour once it is opened. Now I sit with it and can't use it. They were very smart not to print the colour on the tube, since once the product is opened, it can’t be returned. Not recommended at all!

I Ordered 17 October and I am still waiting for my delivery. E-mailed them and Bella Dos Santos replied that they had no stock available , but as soon as they have stock they will deliver. I asked for a refund but no reply. There is no address or contact number for them either. On their FB page you only see the good reviews from customers. I left a comment on their Fb page, but is seems it has been deleted.

Absolute online scam. Whatever you pay to them will not result in anything being delivered. I ordered a week ago, and the website says 2 days to get the order ready. I have received no update, and I am getting no responses to email. Note how their website has no physical company address (other than Milnerton) and no phone number to contact. These are red flags. Still think it's legit? Check their Facebook page and when they last posted, and how many angry emoji responses the past posts have.

I received my products in 2 days, service was quick and efficient, however, note that this is a drop shipping site and you can purchase it online for far less. This is being sold as a high end product and actually retails for R64.

Ordered a Light Shade in error, due to not seeing the drop box for colour choice. I mailed them immediately when I noticed my error to let them know and before shipping.
I have contacted them on every platform they offer, with dumb ass automated responses.
My last response from BELLA is that she has to discuss this with the warehouse. No reply!!!! It's been a month and absolutely nothing, zero has been resolved or even replied to.
These people are the worst of the worst. Reading the FB messages there are 100's more dissatisfied clients.
WHAT CAN BE DONE!!!!!

I ordered a light colour in error and sent a mail as I noticed ..i received a reply to say already packed and in system next morning.
I asked if I could return once I recieved package at my expense and order correct colour.3 weeks later the answer is they cant accept unless approved ..No customer service and interest I could potentially spread the word and be a big customer, it works both ways .....

I am absolutely appalled by the service of ShimmeryGlo. First of all I was scammed with the advert they are advertising. I bought an eye cream from them which was advertised as "Lumina Eye Tightening cream " but came to me with a totally different brand. The ad shows it will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days but I had to email 2 weeks later for them to actually send it. Then the ad says "courier with a trusted company Courier Guy " but it was sent with a name not even listed. I immediately asked for a refund and it's be almost 4 months and this "Bella Santos" lady keeps giving me excuses of when the courier will pick up then she asks for my account details then she says she has to speak to the courier to pick up then again it's the accounts department she has to speak to. This company is very bad. I am still waiting for her reply to my emails I've recently sent again. All I want is my refund but nothing. No word. I will never purchase from this place again.

same issue as everyone else ordered for about 2500 and paid on the 31st, if they based in cape town no reason to take so long, on the 13th got the following from Bella who is very unprofessional when it comes to customer service.Its now been 18 days and this is all i got

This company deserve ZERO stars. The one is by default. Unfortunately this company did not deliver on any of their promises. I still have not received the product I ordered. There is no communication (just an automated copy/paste email), and I have no way to get in touch with them by phone or at a physical address. The "positive comments/reviews" I expect are all fake. I will definitely open a fraud case and warn Instagram and Facebook about this fake company.

ordered and paid they said 4 days max delivery, 2 weeks later and no responses or contact numbers, and i spent R1000 on goods!!!! going to take this legal, if any other ladies want to join me to get them cancelled and go legal pls find me on insta or FB and lets unit and take these scammers down, i love a good fight with lowlife thieves that think they can get away with stealing!!!!
