Shipa Freight wasted two weeks of my time, then cost me $1,000USD.

To top it off, their representatives were rude to me, unknowledgeable, and incapable of following the simplest instructions.

With any luck, this company will go out of business so they do not cause similar pain, frustration and lost of revenue for anyone else.

Worst courier in UAE

I ordered in Adidas on 24 July, normally with other couriers the item will be shipped 2days only or max 3 days (I recently received my previous order of July 22 from the same merchant on the 2nd day but with a different courier which is very impressive) but here it will take approximately 15 to 18 days, which is not logical, I wasn't asking to deliver it on another country. The reason they stated was my location is in the remote area so they cannot expedite, while other couriers can get through here even the next day. I would want to change courier that time but the merchant said, the couriers are randomly selected per order. When I decided to have it delivered on a friend's house in Dubai so it will be nearer, yes, my 2 parcels were delivered the next day but the man just left it in front of the door of my friend's apartment without calling or informing, which is the proper thing to do if they are professionals. Really they are the worst courier!

They sell personal data and no proper service either

They sell personal data to other players and that will spam your mobile/email like anything. I subscribed for their service and in less than 1 month I keep getting emails from different players in the market about international shipments (I used a dedicated email address to sign in and have not used it anywhere else). Zero trust in the platform.

the are charged for COD when the payment was already done online. When i asked them about it they lied saying its for custom clearance. I have ordered mutliple time from the same website and i never had to pay extra when it was other courier companies

Shipafreight shipping company is scam company. It's being used as conduit for gsn trade SP zoo company to steal money from unspecting would be customers.
I tried to call them but the cell phone number on the proforma invoice is fake and its also the same cellphone number on GSN trade SP zoo company proforma invoice..Shipafreight has stolen my money (€1,462.50) purporting that they are going to ship a vehicle to walvesbay port Namibia.upto now I'm pushing for my refund. Beware its scam shipping company

Poor service delivery from these…

Poor service delivery from these guys,they have no regards for customer service at all i waited for an order after scheduling and they cancelled on their side without a solid reason and had to wait a few more days for them....one of their drivers USMAN basically told me to get lost

Worst company

Worst company. Stay away from them. Do not use ShipaFreight for any type of freight. They will transfer your shipment to small companies without your consent. Then you will have to contact those companies and they are even worst than ShipaFreight. So stay away!

If I could choose a minus figure I would. This company is total garbage. DO NOT pay for any services through this company. They quote one price and immediately increase the price on you after, even when you did everything they asked you to do. If you don't pay, they hold your items hostage.

Cheap and very slow!

I have tried shipa twice. Cheap price. But prepare to wait months for your cargo to be shipped to the destination.

From booking to cargo collection, to boarding on a vessel, prepare about 2-3 months of waiting time. Lots of false promise.

My experience is from malaysia to US and from Malaysia to UK.

I thought the delay was due to covid, but on the second shipment, after reading comments, i believe their standards is actually very poor and slow.

Well thats why its cheap. You pay for what you get a lousy service.

THEY LITTERALY TOOK MY MONEY

They have taken my money I asked for a refund luckily paid through PayPal they said they would refund me in 7 days I waited there support team was very rude ended call on me twice seem like a scam waited 9 days called again they said wait 3-5 still haven't got my money worst service ever!!!

Will never use this service again

Will never use this service again. Honestly the service from start to finish barring the delivery man was appalling. It's too long to write so I've just used pointers below. I imported from India to the UK via air, i was quoted 10 days it took around 24 days.

India
1) Shipafreight increased the fee by a £1000 once they had my goods.
2) Shipafreight held my goods for over two weeks and took an entire week just to send me a payment link.
3) The team on the ground were extremely unorganised and kept asking for details which we had already provided, thus causing further delays.
4) None of the team were pro-active and did not bother to keep me updated on the situation.

UK

Once the goods arrived in the UK I got a bit more clarity, however on Monday, the day of arrival, the goods were cleared within hours. For 4 days Agility kept telling me it's not been cleared by customs. The agility employee told me to ring them myself and check whats going on. When I rang customs, they said the goods were cleared within hours. I told the agility employee and surprise surprise within minutes his system updated. Honestly, the whole thing was an expensive farce.

Truly awful company

Truly awful company. Don't expect customer service from them. They NEVER reply back to my email after I ask for the details about the breakdown of the total cost they gave to me. Truly frustrating and hard to deal with such a company. Don't waste your time on them. I can't believe such a company like this can be ranked highly on Google search.

Incompetent - Don't try shipping with SHIPA

These people are incompetent. They took our money. Asked for more. Strung us along for more than 2 1/2 months and finally, after dozens of emails (most not answered), they informed us today "we have not been able to secure a booking for some time now due to destination and limited capacity from airlines." DO NOT Try to SHIP with Shipa. You will be disappointed. Your customers will be upset with you and believe that your customer service is unacceptable.

They did get me my shipment in one piece. However they stick you with extra charges and what option do you have but to pay when they have your shipment held hostage. For this reason I would never use this company again

This company is GOD AWFUL

This company is GOD AWFUL. PLZ DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They dont give a sh!t over their! They took thousands from us and now all of a sudden no replies and hanging up on us. Sketchy overseas company and looking to take legal action. (It starts with them being very responsive when they want your money and once they get that, they stop caring Completely. )Be safe out there.

I have been trying to arrange delivery…

I have been trying to arrange delivery for my shipment but their representatives are so stubborn that they don't bother about the customers convenience and keep saying that they have arranged delivery, they have their own timings and dont care what time customer is available. I had given our office timing which is 9 am to 6pm but their decides to come at 9pm and there was no contact made but they put up status showing that delivery was "failed", what type of behavior is this? This company should definitely close!
