I couldn't order an item from carousell.sg (Singapore) while based in the Netherlands. I found Shippn through Google and used their "Buy for me" option. Jeffrey Lim, a very friendly host from Singapore, handled everything for me—from contacting the seller and placing the order to repacking the item upon receipt and shipping it to me in the Netherlands.
Shipping costs from Singapore were high, but it was worth it to me.
I was kept well-informed throughout the entire process via my Shippn account and emails by both my host, Jeffrey, and the Shippn team.

Support team was very helpful with fast replies. Host ordered the product fast and sent very helpful updates and photos throughout the process. I used the buy for me service for shoes from Canada and I would recommend Robert as a reliable host!

I have initiated two transactions for items from an Australian company which does not ship to the US at this time.

Shippn was recommended to me by a friend who’d had no personal experience with it, but had heard from friends that it was available.

I connected with an experienced “host” (Shippn’s term for the person on the other end who assists with your transaction) who very kindly explained processes that I was unclear on, and managed the transaction and shipped the item to me directly. I returned for a second transaction (same item in a different color), which was equally smooth.

I found the instructions a bit unclear and sometimes found the website challenging to navigate (the captcha can often be an absolute bear to get through). For the first transaction, I somehow arranged it so that my host did both the purchasing and the shipping. With the second, my host explained how I can purchase but with the host’s address so that it would ship direct to host.

Despite my fumbling, both items arrived and the increase in price was reasonable considering the actual expense of shipping to the US from Australia.

I would absolutely use Shippn again for any goods I sought from Australia that were otherwise unavailable. I think these services are very clever and absolutely fill a need. Glad to have found Shippn!

I wholeheartedly recommend the Shippn service, and in particular the host Mohammad in the Netherlands. I needed to forward a parcel from a store that only delivers within the Netherlands to my address in Germany. ChatGPT suggested Shippn to me, I tried it, and I was very pleased with the experience. Mohammad was extremely polite and replied promptly to all my questions. As soon as his address received my parcel (a mirror in a fragile rattan frame), he checked its condition and quality, took photos, packed it securely, and shipped it to me right away. I received it in just four days, completely intact and in perfect condition. Thank you so much, Mohammad and Shippn! I will definitely use your service again if needed and will recommend it to my friends.

I recently used Shippn as a proxy to purchase some French pokémon cards and it was an excellent experience. Nastita was my host and she was awesome to work with! She was very communicative and packaged the items with care. Would use this service again

Prompt responses, quick delivery, felt reassured by quick answers and responses as I was very worried using this service for the first time. Everything went great and I will use the service again. DHL was reasonably priced fed ex and the rest were more than I wanted to pay.

Very good service for shipping with good communication. The cost however was obscene. The total cost was about double what was advertised/quoted when I began. This was only revealed once I had ordered the items and had then shipped to the shippn host.

Everything was fast and it is the only positive point.
What was disaster is their pricing.
So, I have ordered a small pack - 2 kg - 6x37x56cm. The cost of this pack is EUR 60 (~USD 79.33) + fees for purchase - $14.35 and bank fees for $4.49. Just curious what kind of bank fees has incurred on this transaction? Is it bank fees they are recharging or what kind of services are they providing? Are they allowed to charge more than was the factual bank fees for the transaction? I doubt they have 5% of fees on payment.
Nevertheless, lets keep in mind - the item cost $79.33.
Now - delivery. Disaster. Try to guess the price? $130 for delivery + 15 for insurance. The delivery is within EU, not outside, WITHIN. The pricing is terrible. Also, how it possible to have $15 insurance for purchase I made for the amount of less than $80 - it is almost 1/5 from the cost, and you can not remove that anyhow even if you do not want to have this "EXTRA" protect.
By the way, it is stated that "The insurance is calculated based on the total value of items in the shipment" so they are really charge you almost 20% for insurance. Isn't it a full scam?
Honestly it is my fault not to check the feedback and pricing they are offerring, but same time i didn't expect it to be so brazen.
I wish all fair business only the success, and those who are trying to make money without actual creating of add value - to be closed soonest. PErsonal advice - avoid this guys.

First time using the service to forward a package from Amazon.NL since they didn't ship my item to Switzerland. Very straightforward use and top communication from the assigned forwarder, Bart Meijer.

If you want to pay with PayPal you have to create the account with the exact same email address, in 2026 that's a bit outdated, people like to compartmentalize and use aliases. Thus the * deduction.

I had an excellent experience using Shipppn.

The process was simple, clear and efficient from start to finish. My host Ben was very professional, helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. He kept me updated when my order arrived and took care of the shipment very carefully.

Communication was excellent, and my package arrived safely without any issues.

When you are a collector of items made mostly overseas and specifically in Asia, having a proxy service like Shippn is one of the bare necessities. My host in the Philippines, Peter Gandionco, who I like to think as my shopping partner, is upfront and transparent, extremely efficient and responds to all questions and comments promptly (understanding the time zone difference). Shippn in general and Peter in particular, highly recommended.

My host Nastita M. from France helped me with my first ever order from Shippn. I wanted to get a pair of boots and I was hesitant, but she made this experience a breeze and I am super thankful for her help! My package came in tact perfectly, and I will definitely use Shippn again!

Expensive, but reliable. Have used a few times for hard to find items usually from Europe, but likely useful for other regions as well

I was originally planning to give them a lower rating because they charged me way more for shipping than the original estimate and my makeup palette arrived with 2 broken shimmers, but customer service refunded me almost the full amount when I sent them pictures!!! And I managed to repress broken pigments so the palette is still going to be used and loved. I'm very grateful honestly and while in normal cases shipping is still insanely expensive (even though very fast), if I really have to forwarda package from Canada, I'll use Shippn again with no hesitation.
