I used this company for the 1st time and I have to say they are amazing. The customer support was so meticulous that he corrected my mistake in providing the pick up address and even followed up once the bike was delivered to the destination. Pricing was excellent. The way these people do business should be a role model in the industry! Keep up the good work!

After going back and forth with them to get a proposal which never came and spending an entire afternoon at packing our ebikes, they rejected the boxes we used.

MInd you that I received the bikes in a box much bigger than the ones we used.

While I understand that you want clients to pack bikes properly, I can ensure that I want the bike to not be damaged more than you do and thus it was packed properly with bubblewrap, protective foam and styrofoam.

I find it completely ridiculous that a shipping company refuses to do business because the box isn't exactly to their liking so I will ship it with someone else.

This will be my first and last experience with them.

Wonderful service, no more carrying boxes around. My bike arrived perfectly on time for my trip and was shipped back home from the hotel at the end of the trip.

Very bad experience. We shipped our two exclusive road bikes and they were dammaged very badly although they were packed correctly. About € 1500 damage because of breaking an scratiching of the carbon parts. The bikes also seemed lost during shipping. Never work with UPS again!!!!

I was shipping an electric bike from the Netherlands to Romania, and the experience was really good and smooth, I can only recommend. I had a bit of anxiety with the whole thing, but they have clear indtructions for packing the bike and it was shipped in 4 working days.

Wanted to transport an electric bike from Ireland to Denmark. Proved hard to arrange because of airlines reluctance to take ebikes.

I tried several shipping agents with no success but this company proved excellent. Good communication, picked up and delivered exactly as they said they would, and the tracking information was great. Reasonable price for the service they gave to, which is much more personal than an automated carrier.

Would definitely recommend them for shipping an ebike across Europe.

I just want to say that the service from Shiptocycle has been impeccable and faultless. Sean is a star. I only found them through an online search engine, when I needed to ship my e-bike from Edinburgh to La Manga in Spain. In 7 days the bike was at its dropoff point in La Manga, safe and sound in its cardboard bike box with no damage. Of the 7 days in transit, 2 days were spent stationary in the Netherlands over a weekend. Tracked all the way!!! The paperwork and labels were all taken care of and just had to be printed off and stuck to the box. The cost to ship was reasonable and covered all shipping, duties, and taxes. Cannot ask for anymore and would use them again and would recommend them to others wishing to ship an e-bike. Richard
