I had ordered quite a lot of items from that company. We got stopped by English Heritage and it will take a long time to sort this problem. I tried to get in contact with Greg from the company and never got a reply either to my emails nor phone calls. I informed them about the problem straight away and asked them not to deliver. In the end I asked them for a refund. They charged me 20 restocking charge which is outrageous considering I told them it will take a while and they could carry on selling my items till further notice. That is just Rip Off!!!!
