I had ordered quite a lot of items from that company. We got stopped by English Heritage and it will take a long time to sort this problem. I tried to get in contact with Greg from the company and never got a reply either to my emails nor phone calls. I informed them about the problem straight away and asked them not to deliver. In the end I asked them for a refund. They charged me 20 restocking charge which is outrageous considering I told them it will take a while and they could carry on selling my items till further notice. That is just Rip Off!!!!

We also note that the individual referenced in your review, Greg, is not employed by Shire Garden Buildings. In addition, as a manufacturer of garden buildings, we do not stock or resell products from other companies, which does not appear to align with the nature of the transaction described.
