I cannot praise these guys enough, they truly are exceptional. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this isn’t just a typical training center that treats customers like just another number on a conveyor belt. Instead, they genuinely prioritise safety, ensuring that every individual receives personalised attention and care. Throughout my experience, it was evident that safety was their top concern, and this focus really stood out to me.
My day course was nothing short of outstanding. The teaching staff demonstrated incredible patience, professionalism, and a deep well of knowledge that made me feel confident and well supported at every step. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all my questions, and ensure I was fully comfortable with each aspect of the training. Their approach was approachable and friendly, making the learning environment both welcoming and encouraging, which made a huge difference in my overall experience.
A special shoutout goes to Andy and Rob, both of them were absolutely fantastic. They were not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also approachable and engaging, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere. Their dedication to ensuring each student’s success was truly inspiring. Additionally, all the other staff members I encountered were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make everyone feel at home, creating a relaxed and supportive environment that eased any nerves I had.
After my first experience, I am already planning to return and participate in more bike courses offered by this team. I genuinely searched around the area for other options, but I am so glad I chose these guys. Their professionalism, safety focus, and friendly approach set them apart from the rest.
