I placed an order in late April, and never got a receipt, or any acknowledgement that my order had been entered. They did charge my credit card, but I still haven't received either the item or any acknowledgement that the order was entered.

Your are most likely the worst internet experience ever. I am still missing the 2 t-shirts I have ordered 4 may 2020.
No reply, no update, nothing.
5 days response time on info request.

Should be a poison sticker on your homepage.

This shop should just close down. Nothing they put on their website is true. They don't have those delivery options that they list and it's just the same crap service. Customer service sucks, the phone line is never attended, emails are misleading and talks about someone else's order and poor English. They ruined my pregnancy announcement surprise for my husband....I will never even consider them.

Very bad customer support, a big delay in delivery (instead of 3-5 days), the T-shirts arrived in 10 days. No tracking number for the package. Do not recommend. Very disappointed with the company.

I have just received my order a ladies T-shirt and a sweatshirt, size Small.
The sweatshirt is huge, like a Large size, very long, and the color is lighter.

The shirt is long and extremely tight, although I normally wear XS for tight fit, sometimes S for relaxed fit, it looks lovely though and the print is ok.

Both the shirt and sweatshirt are presented shorter on the model in picture and they don’t fit the description.

I can’t use them and it was not for free, money out the window.

Of course as it is a special customized order you have no right to return, the color is different because of monitor, and the size can, as they state it on the website be +/- some % bigger or smaller.

So basically if you receive a different shade, size or style, it is your own fault.

In conclusion: while the print is nice and the fabric is ok nothing else is guaranteed.
