The support and manufacturing team were truly wonderful. I appreciate them so much! They always tried to understand my needs. They helped us produce 66 embroidered items on time — within 1,5 weeks including the delivery to Berlin! This meant a lot to us, as we needed the merch for our team-building event. It was the first time creating company's merch, so it was very special for us.

Thank you to the whole Shirtigo team for the clear and easy-to-use platform and for the high-quality products. We ordered T-shirts, sweatshirts, and shoulder bags, and we’re very happy with everything.

I ordered two sample orders, in total five different products. Every print deteriorated within one to two washes—I could literally peel the print off the shirt. Of course I followed the washing instructions exactly like Shirtigo is asking to, and for the second sample order, I even used a cold wash, but the print still faded after the first wash. I had to wait three weeks for each order, which has been the longest delivery time of any POD service I’ve tested so far. There were also issues with syncing the store with Shopify. I requested a reimbursement for the recent sample order but haven't yet received a response.

I recently used Shirtigo for a custom shirt, and I'm thrilled with the result. The quality is excellent, the shipping was fast, and their customer support was superb. Highly recommend!
