Incapable customer service
I entered the wrong size shirt and didn't see until I checked out. I emailed customer service 10 minutes after placement to cancel the order.
I called them when they opened Monday morning to cancel the order. They refused to cancel the order. If they don't refund shipping and provide shipping back to them there is going to be bigger problems.

Our warehouse begins processing orders very quickly, which is why we can only accommodate cancellation requests made within 10 minutes of an order being placed. Since your order was placed over the weekend, our customer service team was unavailable at that time, and by the time we reopened on Monday, your order had already entered the fulfillment process and could no longer be canceled.
We do offer a free 60-day return policy, and we'd be happy to help you with your return if the shirt isn't the correct size. A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to assist and ensure the return process is as smooth as possible.

We at ChicagoLand SoftWash Corp. Love this company. The speed of getting the shirts in is astonishing. I don't know how they do it but it is awesome. We make our own shirts because when we use certain chemicals on our house washes we go through shirts and we go through a lot of them so we decided to make our own shirts.

Bad customer service
Made a slight error in my order, wanted to fix it. I called support immediately, was on hold for 10 minutes before a rep answered, and was told that orders can't be modified after 10 minutes and there's nothing they can do.
What kind of business can't modify an order 10 minutes after it's placed?
